"Thanks," Bella said sitting down on the edge of the bench. She didn't need that much room anyways as she had found the perfect flower to draw. "I'm Isabella, but most people call me Bella. Nice to meet you Ceallach. Your name is Irish isn't it." She started drawing the flower, slowly sketching the outline on to her parchment, she'd be able to do the detail after she got the shape right.

Ceallach smiled. "Nice to meet you Bella. Yeah. I'm Irish. From Kildare to be exact. I'm a transfer," she said softly. Ceallach watched Bella draw for a moment. "You're good," she said. "Sorry," she muttered, realisng she was probably interrupting.

"Well, my geography isn't that bad so I know where Kildare is," Bella said returning the smile. She suddenly realised that the place where Ceallach was from sounded just like her least favourite teacher. "What year are you in?"
She felt Ceallach's gaze on her as she drew and then smiled, "Thanks. You seem to be a really good writer." Hearing her apologise she shook her head. "Don't worry, I'm used to drawing and speaking so it doesn't bother me."

Ceallach laughed. "Well, it's not too small a place." And my family owns most of it! "I'm a sixth year. You?" she asked.
"Thanks" she said, looking down at her notebook. The very rough drafts of her new story. "Oh ok. That's good. So, I was wondering, how does stuff go on around here? I mean, I haven't been to any classes yet. Professor Snape said to wait until next term. So, what's good for free time? I've got a lot of it!" she laughed. "Oh, and is Professor Snape always that intimidating?"

Krysta approached the two girls slowly and quietly, taking a seat beside Bella and giving her a meaningful smile "Hi. Ceallach, I just wanted to apologise for running out on you in the middle of our conversation yesterday. Something...came up." she said apologetically, and rolling her eyes. Where Kelly went, drama followed. The she turned to Bella and spoke to Bella in a low voice. "We need to talk sometime." Then she turned back to Ceallach and smiled. "Did I hear someone mention Kildara?" she asked in an ominous tone.

She'd practically fallen straight asleep after Krysta left. When Krysta asked about Kildara, Ceallach nodded. "Yeah, I was just asking if she was always so intimidating? I've never felt so small in my life. But she doesn't do it consciously I think. I dunno," she shrugged. That woman had scared her. And hearing what she could do, why she'd been in Azkaban. She was very curious as to why they made her Headmistress!

Krys laughed out loud. "Of course she does it conciously! It's her way of letting us know who's in charge. Don't let her worry you, though. Keep your nose clean and you've got nothing to worry about. To be fair to her, she's a good teacher. And she certainly knows her stuff." Krys explained with a reassuring smile. She noticed Ceallach's notebook and pricked up her attention. "What are you writing?" she asked sincerely. She loved anything creatve like art, writing and music.

Ceallach tried a smile. The woman still freaked her! No matter what anyone said! "Well, is it really true what they say about her? What she's done? What she can do? I'm absolutely petrified to be in the same vicinity as her all the time to be frank," she admitted. Ceallach didn't admit she was afraid very often, but Kildara scared her a little too much.

Krys's eyes glazed over as she listened to Ceallach's question. Yes, honey it's all true...and a whole lot more. She thought to herself. But she didn't want to scare the new girl on her second day. She smiled casually and shrugged. "Who knows if half the stories around here are true? She was in Azkaban, that much is true. She was probably even a Death Eater, but...they must have had a good reason for making her Headmistress, right?" se said, hoping she sounded convincing.

Ceallach nodded, not convinced. Krysta obviously didn't want to tell her exactly. Fine! I'll find out from someone else! she concluded. Her parents wanted to know everything about Hogwarts, and maybe, just maybe, if her parents knew who Kildara Snape was, they'd send Ceallach back to Ireland. "So, what's good for free time around here? I don't have to go to classes til next term. I have loads of free time and I don't want to spend it all inside," she asked, changing the subject.

Krys thought about what she'd been doing in her spare time recently and decided against telling all the sordid details to Ceallach so early on in their accquaintence. Amongst plotting against Death Eaters and sleeping with her friend's girlfriend, she figured she'd either terrify or disgust her. "Well...there's Quidditch of course." she said looking at Bella with a grin. "Bella's boyfriend is the Ravenclaw captain. Aaand...Bella what else do we do besides drinking cocoa and eating ice cream?" she asked, her mind suddenly going blank.

Ceallach scrunched her nose up as Krysta mentioned Quidditch. She loved watching it, and she got on a broom every now and again with her brother and his mates, but she never got into playing the games properly. She just couldn't be bothered. Boyfriend ... she could do with one of those. Or at least someone to play around with. She wasn't really into serious relationships. She tended to go for people that others thought were out of her reach, or were forbidden. "Cocoa? Jeez, I'm a coffee drinker myself," she laughed. And, she didn't like ice-cream! Yes, she was actually allergic to something in ice-cream, but she didn't know what it was, so she didn't talk about it. "Any good guys, that are single around here? I'm bored already," she said, winking. She really had a problem. She'd just moved here, and she was already wanting to dive in. She studied Krysta for a moment. The girl still fascinated her. The stark contrast between her hair and skin was appealing. Ceallach! Stop! Now!!

"Boys...hmmm. Well there are good guys. And there are single guys. But there are no good and single boys." Krys said in a mock serious tone. "Not that I've seen anyway." she said sadly. Even Sebastian, she couldn't really count as a good guy...yet. "Tell you what..." she said taking out a piece of parchment and a quill. "You tell us what you're looking for and we'll see what we have in stock." she said, crossing her leg over her other thigh and sat looking studious like a secretary.

Ceallach laughed. "Anything at the moment! I feel starved. Since moving to England I've been a bit lonely," she smiled. True though. And yes, it had only been a week since she'd last been with a guy, but still, that was ages! "Good, bad, single, taken ... okay mabe not taken. Don't want to step on too many toes as soon as I get here!" She smiled mischeviously. It was only the fact she was new that was stopping her though. "Just as long as they're good-looking! And no younger than me," she added, just for good measure.

Krysta pretended to make notes on her parchment and tapped the end of her quill thoughtfully against her cheek. "Good looking and not younger than you...hmmm...we've nothing in at the moment, but we could probably mail order one for you. There's a six year waiting list, though." she said, frowning apologetically. "We do have some attractive female models in stock, though if that would be of interest. Excellent condition, good bodywork, running well under the hood..." she trailed off to give Ceallach a mischievous grin.
