Walking out of the castle, you arrive in the Courtyard. A brick paved area, surrounded by undercover hallways, it is a place for you to relax in the sun, or maybe even finish some homework!

Danika walked slowly into the courtyard. She had this odd feeling in her stomach and her arm prickled. Her Dark Mark was pulsating as though alive on her arm. The feeling in the pit of her stomach rose, filling up her entire self. She felt like throwing up. She clutched letter tighter in her hand, anger coursing through her body. She know realised the feeling. Anger. When she was angry, she was dangerous. Things tended to blow up around her when she felt like this. She looked down at the letter again and growled softly.
Loving aunt and uncle. she thought. I think I'm going to puke. She sat down heavily on one of the stone benches and it collapsed beneath her in flames.
"For Merlin's sake!" she growled and repaired the bench. She couldn't sit down, it would happen again. She would just stand there. Fuming.

Danika jumped slightly as she heard a voice, she pulled her sleeve back down over her Mark and turned around. When she saw it was Caitlin she smiled. "Oh nothing much. Except I have to marry my stupid cousin this summer. Other than that nothing. How about you?" she said, flicking a rebellious strand of purple/black hair back over her shoulder.

Danika laughed. "Crappy doesn't even begin to explain it. He was a Gryffindor! Graduated last year. Oh yeah. Professor Snape. I've met her. She's a friend of my ..." she just couldn't say it. Why was it so hard for her to say parents? She breathed deeply. "...parents."

"Well that's good. That means we'll have less risk of getting caught." Danika said, nodding her head. "Well there is nothing much else. Except I moved out. I couldn't stay with my aunt and uncle any longer. All they speak of is 'Hendrik, Hendrik, Hendrik'. It's sickening. And know they are my legal guardians. Urgh. Disgusting. I can't believe I am related to that filth. Anyway, I moved into the Hideout. Speaking of that, have you joined yet?" she asked, rubbing her left forearm slightly.

Estelle walked down to the courtyard, the day of her order membership still buzzing in her head. She turned to walk in to the courtyard when she saw Danika talking about something. filth, joining? she thought those words over and over until she saw her rubbing her left forearm. gasping she jumped back everything had clicked in to place, she was a death eater, just like her parents. she gasped again, she was an order member and Danika was the one thing she hated.

Danika heard footsteps behind her and swung herself around. Seeing Estelle, she scowled. "Smith." she said, silkily. "What are you doing here? I though you were vying for head girl? Shouldn't you be inside snuggling up to Professor Black?" She really didn't like the seventh year. She thought she was weak. How she became a Slytherin, she didn't know.

Estelle was snapped out of her thoughs by Danikas voice. "Well hello Danika." She said sweetly, trying to get under her skin. "Maybe you should stop talking about being death eaters...." She pulled her hands to her mouth. Good going Estelle she thought to herself. "Um... I... um" How was she going to get out of this one?
