Danika smirked. Gosh that girl was weak. At the mention of Death Eaters, Danika whipped out her wand and stuck it in her neck.
"Don't you ever accuse me of being that again. You here me?" she growled nastily.

Estelle smirked at the sight of her wand, it meant she was right. "You obviously are a death eater." She looked down at it and said "If you weren't you wouldn't be too fast to pull your wand." She looked at her sleeve it was slipping slightly so she tugged it down now to show the dark mark, "I knew it."

Serena walked down to the courtyard to see two Slytherins fighting, one with a wand and one smirking?. "And just what in heavens name is going on here?" She said with a sturn look on her face. "Put your wand away this second."

Danika tugged her arm away from Estelle just as Professor Black walked up. She lowered her wand and turned to face the Professor. "She called me a Death Eater ma'am" Dainka sulked. "It's not true."

Serena looked at Danika for a moment, was she a deatheater? she the head of the order she should know these things and Estelle was a member. She turned to Estelle with an angry look on her face, "That is a serious accusation to make Miss Smith." She turned to Danika, "I suggest you mind your temper if you still want to be a prefect Mis Peverell and raising your wand for everything is not the answer." She looked from one to the other then said "Am I making myself clear?"

Danika nodded her head. "I'm sorry ma'am. Won't happen again." Danika said, silkily, using her seductress abilities to their fullest. She knew they probably wouldn't work against Black but it was worth a try. "I'm sorry I lost my temper. It's just no one likes to be called one of those ma'am. Especially with a family like mine." she lowered her head, to illustrate the fact.

Estelle looked at the professor, the leader of the order. how could she not believe her? She was an order member. "Yes professor, I'm sorry I made such an accucation with no proof." She said through gritted teeth. "It won't happen again."

Serena listened to both of them talk. "Yes well that doesn't change the fact you both still did this." She paused and thought, "10 points from Slytherin and detention for both of you." She never stopped frowning, "This is a very serious matter and it is not to be taken lightly. Estelle you will serve your detention now then i will send you to get Danika." She stopped and turned on her heel, "follow me."

Danika groaned. 10 points. Great. Now Slytherin would be in negative figures. And a detention. Great. Just great. Term hadn't even started yet and she already had a detention and lost points. Geesh. "Yes ma'am." she said to Black. Turning to Estelle, she smirked. "I'll be right here waiting." she said, plonking herself down on a bench, this time it didn't burst into flames.

Estelle followed her professor out of the courtyard and glared at Dankia with hate in her eyes. "Don't." she said finally as she walked off.
15 minutes later Estelle came down to the courtyard and smirked at Danika "Your turn."

Alex came down to the courtyard and lifted his sleeve a bit, there it was the dark mark, he couldn't have been prouder. His thoughts turned to his father the traiter. He rubbed his mark feeling happy with himself then he wondered about different things. were there more death eaters at Hogwarts?

Danika walked out of the castle, breathing in the fresh air. She smiled when she saw a boy standing out there. She thought he might be a Slytherin, she didn't know.
"Hi," she said, smiling silkily.

Alex quickly lower his sleeve at the sound of a girl, a slytherin. he had seen her before but never talked to her. "Hey, I'm Alex." he grinned at her, "your slytherin too?"

Danika smiled. So he was a Slytherin. "Hi Alex. I'm Danika. Yer, of course I am." she said, a smirk on her face as she saw him lower his sleeve. "It's okay you know. Just don't let Professor Black catch you. She's on the warpath." she said nodding to his arm. She placed a hand over her Mark, suddenly feeling it's presence.
