Kildara's Room

"Kelly isn't as innocent as you think she is Emilia. She's had all her innocence taken from her." Kildara said, smirking slightly. She loved the fact she knew more about Kelly than Emilia did.
"There are ways to break her. She lets her guard down at certain times. Danika said she hears Kelly thoughts every now and again. Maybe we can use that." She shrugged her shoulders.
She frowned as Emilia's though came through to her.
I know, Emilia. Believe me. I know She put a hand on her stomach to demonstrate.

"No, Dara, I don't mean that. That was before she slept with Sam, right. Now, she has lost that pure side of her too." Emilia's face reflected serious fear. "Since now, we are not related anymore. Now, excuse me, but I have to go back to Hogwarts and send a letter. It was nice meeting you, mister Dracus." she got up from the chair and wlaked to Kildara'd bed, taking her hand "Dara, remember what I said. Mo one is safe anymore. Not even me or Dani and especially not you." Then she left the room.

Kildara sighed heavily. Great. Now she's as evil as me.
"Thank you for coming and chatting, Emilia. I appreciate it." she said, in an almost dismissive way. As Emilia took her hand and spoke she sighed.
"Yes I know Emilia. I can hold my own you know. Do you think I would have been Voldemort's Right Hand if I couldn't?"
She watched Emilia leave and slumped back into the bed, sliding down so she was lying again.
"Why is everything so hard?" she said, not meaning it to be out loud.

[Caeleb Dracus]

Caeleb nodded goodbye to Emilia and turned his attention back to Dara. He'd been listening to their conversation with great interest, but there was something about Emilia that didn't sit right with him. He sat back down on Dara's bed and took her hand.
"If something isn't hard to do, it's not worth doing." he said wisely. It was something his Father used to say.
"Emilia seems very keen to defend Black, don't you think? Are you sure she has her priorities straight?" he asked, trying not to sound impertinent.

"But listening to you talk has got me thinking. If what you're saying is true and Kelly has been behaving out of character she could be more vulnerable than you may think. Erratic behaviour is a sure sign of instability. It seems to me that the only solid thing she has to hold onto is her relationship with Danika Peverell. That is why is fascinated me. Despite what you may think otherwise." he added wth a mischievous grin.
"No...I'm more thinking that if we remove her from Danika it will leave her weak. And weak people are easy to manipulate. As she is I think she is too strong."

He stopped to pour Dara a drink of water and handed it to her. She was looking very pale.

"Now...from what I can tell she has been spending a lot of time with Krysta Hedwig." he began again and trailed of to take a sip of water for himself. He looked thoughtful.
"Now she is a very interesting matter. I don't know if you remember my dear, but she was the reason I got suspended in the first place. She tried to make me leave the Death Eaters. I didn't like that. Closest thing I ever had to a broken heart, that girl." he added. His voice showed no emotion and deep down he felt none either.

"Do you remember Kyla Hedwig?" he asked, changing the subect slightly.

Kildara sighed. Feeling Caeleb toake her hand, she felt safe again, but still extremely vulnerable at the same time. "Everyone protects their family to some degree. And Emilia is terrified of her. She respects her out of fear." Kildara began. She starting to lose energy again. All this thinking was draining her. All the yelling and anger. She relaxed further into the bed.

Dara laughed. "Stable, solid? Danika and Kelly's relationship is rockier than mygrandmother's rocking chair. And it has been like that from the beginning. Because they are so different. Almost polar opposties. For some reason they hang onto it though. If you can do anything with that, do." She was so tired. SHe took the glass of water and downed it, the whole glass.

Kildara almost laughed as he called her 'my dear'. Sounded funny coming from him, but nice at the same time.
"Yes I remember," she murmured. As he continued, she squeezed his hand. Just for support and to tell him 'No more broken hearts'
Her eyes widened, and the colour drained from them, as he mentioned Kyla Hedwig.
"Yes, of course I remember Kyla Hedwig. How do you expect me to forget." She snarled. Her and Kyla never got along, for obvious reasons.

Adam looked at the time and sighed, visiting hours were over and there was no way that boy had left Kildaras side. Quietly he walked up to her room and opened the door, "excuse me Kildara?" he asked calmly and turned to Caeleb, "visiting hours are over for the time I must ask you to leave"

Kildara looked up as Adam entered. She inclined her head to give him permission to enter. Her eyes widened as he said visiting hours were over. She didn't want Caeleb to leave. She was the Leader of the Death Eaters in a hospital full of Order sympathisers.
"Adam, please. Can't Caeleb stay? Or can I go?" she asked. She knew there was no way they were going to let her go, but it was worth a shot.

Adam shook his head, "I'm sorry Kildara but I've aready let him stay longer then i should have" he said with a sigh and shook his head again, "there is no way you can leave, you're strong but we need to monitor you for a few days to make sure you weren't harmed" he explained and looked back at Caeleb, "out, now"

Kildara sighed. She tried turning on her charm, but she wasn't well enough. "Please, Adam. Can't you make an exception for me? I think the Headmistress of Hogwarts should receive some extra benefits." She said, almost pleadingly. When he was short with Caeleb, she sat up. "Don't you speak to him like that," she growled. She was really showing her colours now!

Adam shook his head at her comment, "headmistress or not you're still a patient of this hospital, only James would be allowed to stay, seeing as you're married" he said with a shrug and rasied his eye brows at her out burst, "I don't believe you can give me that order Kildara now sit back, the fetus is still yet to be removed" he said firmly not letting her get to him.

[Caeleb Dracus]

Caeleb placed a reassuring hand on Dara's arm.
"It's ok. Don't get yourelf upset. You need to sleep anyway. This can wait until you are home. I won't go far...trust me. I'll be closer than you know and I'll be watching over you." he said in a low, soothing voice. He smiled warmly at her and leaned down to kiss her softly on the lips. He couldn't give a d**n that the doctor saw it. It almost amused him in fact.
He sat up and gave her hand a loving squeeze before standing and walking towards the door. Before he left he turned to Adam.
"By the way, they're not married...and never will be." he corrected him with a sneer. He threw Dara one last smile and left the room.



But Caeleb didn't go far. He ducked behind a patient screen and disappeared. Or at least that's what someone watching would have thought. They wouldn't have noticed the black serpent slither away and back into the room where Kildara Snape lay, nor would they have seen it disappear under the bed where he could keep close watch over his mistress...his love.

Kildara felt Caeleb's hand on her arm, and immediately relaxed. She looked up at him as he spoke, her icy eyes, liquid.
"Okay. But only because you said it so nicely," she replied. She was a little shocked when he kissed her. In front of Adam. But it was so soft, and she kissed him back, not caring now that Adam was there. Annoyed slightly as he pulled away, relaxed by his squeeze on her hand, she sighed contently.
Her eyes widened Caeleb spoke to Adam. Way to be discreet. She looked at Adam. "It's true though. James left me. Now, please Adam. Leave me so I can sleep," she said, before turning on her side, her back to Adam.

Kelly walked inside the room, finding Kildara sleeping. She sat down in a chair, many thoughts running through her head, but she pushed them away, closing her mind tight. She kept her eyes on Kildara. It had to end. It was now or never.

Kildara felt another presence in the room. A female presence. A softer, but damaged one. She sighed. It was Kelly.
"You made a mistake coming here, my dear," she said in barely a whisper, but still completely audible, not turning to face Kelly.

Kelly heard Kildara speak. "Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. It has to end. You have no control over me. I'll destroy you, just like you destroyed me. And don't call me dear." She felt her fury beginning to build up. She wanted to hurt Kildara, but she wasn't about to do the first move. She had a firm grip of her wand and so she just sat.
