Kildara's Room

Kildara sighed. Whenever he used her full name, it wasn't good. She looked at him, feeling both his hands on her hand. She reached her other hand around to cup his cheek.
"Caeleb, my dear. Please, listen to me." Then she stopped. What she wanted to say, she couldn't in front of Adam. She looked up at him.
"Could you leave us please, Adam?" she asked. "Thank you for trying." She watched him until he left.

Adam nodded to Kildara and Caeleb then turned to the door, "call if you need anything, I'll be in my office" he said and walked straight out the door, he didn't need to spend more time then needed with death eaters.

When Dara touched his cheek it sent tiny electric shocks through his skin. It took all his composure not to visibly shiver. For to do so would have been inappropriate.
Caeleb watched Adam leave and sneered slightly as the door closed. He wreaked of The Order and he was glad he was gone. He turned his attention back to Dara and waited to see what she had to say.

Kildara watched Adam leave and then turned back to Caeleb, turning on her side to look at him properly. She clasped her hand over his, squeezing softly.
"Caeleb, you more than a servant to me, you know that.I have a certain need to protect you, keep you near me. If I tell you what happened, and you decide to go and kill that person, I will be forced to expell you. I don't want to do that. I need you near me. So, please. Don't do anything stupid that will take you away from me," she said, realising all too late, she was showing weakness. She'd all but said what she felt for him. She leant over and kissed his cheek softly. "Please."

Caeleb looked into her eyes the entire time she spoke. He thought hard about what she had to say. He was struggling. But he chose to be honest.
"I shall do as you ask, My Lady. But I cannot promise you, that should I discover their identity, I will be able to control my anger. But I do promise that while you forbid it, I shall not seek them out." he told her, meaning it sincerely.
He looked at the floor for a second, choosing his next words carefully.
"I would not wish to be separated form you either, My Lady." he told her, his voice softening.

He felt awkward: not an emotion he was used to. For an moment he thought she was confessng feelings for him, but he knew that it must be wishful thinking. She was to be married after all. She had been pregnant with another man's baby. Something suddenly occured to him:

"Dara, do you want me to fetch James? He will want to know what has happened to his child. And he will want to be with you." he offered, his tone becoming formal again.

As he spoke, Kildara's heart sank. He sounded so formal, so distant. She had practically just confessed her love for him and he was acting like this. She was confused. She was hurt. She didn't know what to do.

As he mentioned James, her eyes widened. She'd forgot about him. He wouldn't want to know anyway. He didn't want it. He already had a child. And they were slipping apart anyway. He was disgusted with her. He'd stopped sleeping in their bed, opting for a guest room. Their marriage would be called off quite soon.

"No. He wouldn't want to be here anyway." Tears began to well up in her eyes again, as she looked up at him. She was emotional. Stupid hormones! "Caeleb, listen to me. My feelings for you, are much more than they should be. Much more then Mistress and servant, Teacher and student." She didn't know how else to say it, without saying those three words she longed to say, but thought it inappropriate. And, she was afraid of refusal.

Caeleb's heart leapt into his throat. He hadn't imagined it. She did have feeings for him. He dropped onto the edge of her bed, placing one hand on the bed the other side of her body. With his other hand he took hers and held it to his chest.
"Dara." he said, his voice full of the emotions he felt. "Dara I cannot describe to you my feelings for you. Words fail me. All I know is that when I am near you, I am truly and completely myself. There is no one in the world who makes me feel this way. You've battered down every wall I have ever built. I succumb to you, My Lady...My Beautiful, wonderful, terrible Lady. Everything I am belongs to you."

Kildara smiled happily as he sat on the bed, taking on of her hands in his, his other hand on the other side of her body. She could feel his heart beating on her hand. As he spoke, her heart fluttered, something that had never happened to her before.
When he'd finished, she slipped her hand from his chest, around his neck, pulling herself up, until she was sitting. It was slightly painful, but she didn't care much for the pain right now. She cupped his face in her other hand, stroking his cheek softly with her thumb. He was like nothing she'd ever encountered. He softened her. He broke her shields. Shattered them more like. All she wanted was him. She leant in and placed a soft sensual kiss on his lips, trying to convey everything she felt for him.

He closed his eyes as she kissed him, returning it softly and lovingly. He'd never kissed anyone like this before. He'd never loved before. He didn't even know he could. Only this dark goddess could invoke that emotion in him. And he loved her more for it. But equally he feared her for it too.
But right now her lips on his were all he could focus on. Now his hand was free he placed it softly on her cheek, holding her face, unconciously mirroring her actions.
"Dara...you know what?" he asked, reluctantly breaking the kiss and smiling wickedly into her eyes. "Together you and I could bring this world to its knees."

This kiss was like nothing Kildara had ever experienced, in all her 28 years. This was a deeper laove then she'd ever felt before. She thought James had been her weakness. He was. But Caeleb was the bane of her exsistence. She felt weak around him. All the time.
She felt his hand on her cheek, making it warm up, sending heat waves through her body. She rested her face on his palm, feeling the warmth, the softness she didn't know he possessed.
She groaned as he broke the kiss, but she listened to him all teh same. "Together? I like that," she whispered softly, smiling happily. They'd be a good team. Both as evil as the other.

Emilia stood outside of Kildara's hospital room. She heard voices inside, so she thought it better to knock first, before storming in. So she knocked, waiting for a reply.

Kildara heard a knock on the door and groaned. Why now? Just when she was starting to get comfortable. She sighed, looking up at Caeleb, before pushing herself back so she was sitting up against the pillows.
"Come in," she called.

As Emilia heard Kildara's voice, she ran in the room and straight to Kildara's bed "Are you alright dear? What happened? Is everything alright with the baby?" she was so nervous, she didn't even notice Caeleb being in the room. All that mattered was if Kildara was alright.

Kildara smiled, gripping Caeleb's hand. "Umm. The baby. Is no longer with us," she said forcefully through gritted teeth, her breath coming out in short gasps, tears threatening to fall again. She tried a smile in Emilia's direction, but it didn't seem to fit. She'd been so happy five seconds ago, but this made her crash back down to reality.

As Kildara told her the baby was gone, Emilia dropped to her knees. "I'm sorry dear. I failed. I knew she wouldn't give up so easily! Why did I believe her ! It's all my fault. i'm so sorry dear!" Tears fell from Emilia's eyes. She looked up at Kildara "I'll kill her for that! i swear to god I'll kill her!" Then she noticed Caeleb being present. She got up immediately, pressing her lips tight together "And who might you be?" she gave Kildara a confused look, before turning her eyes back to Caeleb.
