"I don't think Professor Sunwood will mind, she's actually rather nice" he said, as he remembered how she'd given him the note so he could wander in the library's forbidden section, "Too bad she teaches Divination" Nathan made a face. He laughed a bit, "No, it makes total sense, although I think I chose to caught the cake because the mess would be less" he chuckled.
He watched as Isabella started to eat some cake, "Well, I'm more of an ice cream kind of guy" fair enough, he enjoyed ice cream even more, the reason was, however, unknown.

"Yeah she is nice," Isabella replied. "I'm just not sure how she'll react to seeing half of the carpet and chairs soaking wet." She nodded though, "I know, Divinitation doesn't seem that interesting, but maybe she'll make it interesting who knows." Personally Bella liked the idea of fate, but she didn't fully believe in seeing it before it happened. "Good I'm glad you get it, I didn't know if I was just rambling on about confusing things or not. But I agree, the cake would've been a lot messier to clean and then I wouldn't be able to eat it." She laughed and took the plate away from Nathan, but on hearing that he liked ice cream she summoned some from the kitchen. "Here, as a reward for finally not thinking." She realised how ridiculous that sounded, but it was true, Nathan hadn't thought for once and he got it right.

Nathan's eyes widened as some ice cream appeared in the room, the elves make the most delicious ice cream ever, at least it was his opinion. "Thanks, Bella" he said, as he took the bowl of chocolate ice cream, "Though I'm not sure my parents will think of it as a reward for not thinking" that didn't make sense, he actually needed to think, a slow chuckle rose from him as he said that.

Sam walked in, drying his cloak. Peeves was hanging around in the halls with water balloons, like he had been since the term started. Sam tried ferrying a group of first year girls out of the way and ended up getting pelted with them himself. He had cursed more in about 3 seconds than he ever had in his life, calling Peeves a whole heap of names he would rather not repeat. He dried himself off and looked around. His face lit up and his frown turned into a smile when he saw Bella. He walked up to her and sat on the couch beside her.
"Hey babe," he said, kissing her shoulder. He couldn't be bothered leaning up to kiss her head or anything. He smiled when he saw Nathan. "Hey Nathan. Good looking ice cream you got there," he laughed.

He'd already tried the ice cream before Sam made his way to the Common Room, "Hey Sam, I haven't see you in a while, how have you been, man?" he asked, not exactly curious, but still. He looked at the ice cream, his eyes bright, "I know, and it's delicious, Bella can summon it for you" Nathan said, looking from Bella to Sam, and then his ice cream again. He did enjoy muggles dessert, too much, considering he hasn't spent much time in the muggle world.

Sam smile at Nathan as he spoke. "Yeah. I've been good. Quidditch season's coming up, so I'm burshing up on my skills. How about you mate? How you been?" he asked, lounging back in the couch. He looked at the ice cream in Nathan's hands and shook his head. "I'm not really an ice-cream man," he said, shrugging his shoulders. He looked at the cake in Bella's hands, mustered all his strength, leant over, and took a bite out of it, then flopped back on the couch, cleaning his face, a smile spreading across his handome features.

Bella smiled as Sam walked into the common room and sat next to her. It looked like Peeves had been throwing water balloons again, considering Sam had looked soaked when he had first come in. She watched as both Nathan and Sam started talking Quidditch and ice cream. "Hey that's my cake!" she exclaimed as Sam leant over and took a bite out of it. "It's a good thing you're handsome mister otherwise you'd be in trouble," she told him seeing the smile on his his face.

Sam gave her his best innocent smile, sitting up straight and putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Well then. That's good then. Because then I wouldn't be able to do this," he said, leaning over and taking another bite from the cake. He grinned, cake on his lips and kissed her cheek, leaving cream on her face. He licked his lips and smiled, trying very hard not to laugh. He looked over to Nathan and gave him a wink.
"I love you babe," he said, turning back to Bella.

"Uh!" she cried idignantly as Sam took another bite. She looked at him and scowled, though she had to admit he did look funny with cake on his lips. "Oh my gosh," she said slowly as he kissed her cheek. She put a finger to her cheek and wiped it off before looking at him. "That wasn't nice mister. And no I'm not buying the I love you stuff," she told him. She did however put her finger in her mouth and lick the cream off slowly keeping her eyes on Sam. "Mm, tasty. Now no more cake."

Sam was in pain from trying not to laugh. He tried to pout, but couldn't keep a straight face. He watched her lick the cream off her finger and he had to fight the urge to lick his lips.
"But, baby, I do love you and you know I do. I'm sorry," he said, calming himself enough to finally pout slightly. "But the cake is so nice. Why can't I have anymore?" he asked, crossing his arms over his chest childidhly.

Bella kept scowling seeing that Sam was wanting to laugh. However she felt a bit better seeing him fight not to lick his lips, it was fun being a tease in public where he couldn't do anything. Seeing the pout she giggled a little and then sighed, "I know, I know. I love you too." The pout had made her giggle but seeing him sulk made her laugh so much. "Fine," she said conjuring up another piece of cake. She handed the half eaten slice to Sam and then began the new slice with a small smirk. She looked over at Nathan and winked, "Maybe you can teach Sam not to steal someone's food."

Sam smiled when she giggled. He watched her conjure up another slice of cake and thrust the one he'd half eaten into his hands. He frowned down at it and looked back up at her.
"It's not as appealing now. I only wanted it because it was yours," he said, a smirk spreading across his face. He looked down at the cake and shrugged his shoulders before starting to eat it. He was hungry, and he had a piece of cake in his hands. Why not eat it!

Bella smiled as she noticed from the corner of her eye that Sam was watching her. Personally she didn't think she was that interesting but she wasn't going to complain. She was so focused on him that she didn't realise how much cake she had put into her mouth, causing the icing to go around her mouth. She chewed it quickly and swallowed before looking at Sam, trying to get as much icing with her fingers, "I think you can have the rest. That mouthful was the last piece of cake I want for a while." She smiled, "I guess there is such a thing as too much chocolate."
