Staff Table

The Staff Table is a magnificent piece of furniture, whose whole edge faces the Hall. The seats behind it, all facing the House Tables, are cushioned gilded chairs. They look extremely comfortable. The chair right in the middle of the table is what catches your eye. A great throne-like ensemble, wrought from gold with jewels. The red cushions look royal and it dwarfs the other chairs in comparison. This is where Professor Snape sits and watches over her school.

Taking her place at the Staff table Natasha looked over the hall.She smiled in statisfactory.She nodded,this was going to be a good year,she could feel it.Tasha had only just graduated from Hogwarts.She was 23 years old,not very old and she was surprised she got the job,being so young,but she worked very hard so that was probably why.

Kildara took her seat elegantly at the staff table. She liked this seat. She had made sure it had been thoroughly sterilized after some of the Gryffindor filth that had sat on it. She had to stop thinking that way. Now she was a teacher here, no not only a teacher, Headmistress, she had to be tolorant. A task that would take a while to get used to. Why they had chosen her she had no idea. She would have thought her stint in Azkaban would have cleared her name from the list, but no, here she was, sitting in this chair, looking out on to her Hall, her students. It was an odd feeling. She looked at the woman sitting next to her and smiled.
"You must be Natasha. I'm Kildara." she said, holding out a thin, elegant hand to be shaken.

ha looked to the women who had just taken a seat,she was a very pleasent looking women,but Tasha got a sort of negative vibre from her.She took her hand anyway."Nice to meet you .. you must be Kildara?"she asked"The Headmistress."She said,smiling.She looked older than herself,but she could tell she was a very attracive lady..

Kildara shook Natasha's hand and smiled. She had realised she was probably seeming quite stiff and rude. She relaxed slightly. She was still trying to work out why they chose her.
"Yes I am. And yes I'm the Headmistress. I don't know why they chose me though. Though I would've been scrubbed off the list. Oh well."
Kildara looked closer at Natasha. She seemed younger than her, quite attractive.
"How old are you? May I ask?"

Samantha came in and sat down and noticed two other teachers sitting down
"Hello I'm Sam." She said smileing sweetly at the two of them.
Samantha had only been teaching here for two years so she was thrilled to find that she would be head of hufflepuff house. Exspecially considering she was only 25.

Caterina was really happy to be in Hogwarts again, so many memories coming back to her, she'd always loved to learn, but perhaps it was time that she started to teach one more time, it was another way to learn for her, anyway.

She entered the Great Hall and smiled at the other Professors already at the table, she recognized the Headmistress, Kildara from before, "Good morning, Kildara" she said, and took her seat at the table, "And for you two, as well, sorry, I haven't introduced myself, I'm Caterina, Sunwood, and you are?" she asked at the others she obviously didn't know, her head a little tilted to one side.

Olivia walked up to the staff table and settled into a free chair. She smiled, happy to finally be at a job she loved. She noticed a few people talking with the headmistress, and decided to introduce herself. She pushed her silvery blonde hair behind her ear, and turned to the other professors.

"Hello," she said, "I'm Olivia Tudor, the new charms professor."

Caterina turned to see who was the one talking at the moment, she smiled, "Hi Olivia, nice to meet you, I'm Caterina Sunwood" she said, before she made herself even more comfortable in her seat, "I'm the Divination Professor, and also Head of Ravenclaw" she always knew she'll be Head of House once she started to teach again, but didn't know it was going to be so soon.

"So, Olivia, are you glad you're teaching in Hogwarts?" she asked, even if she did seem very pleased to be in this place.

"Ravenclaw! That's my old house. I'm thrilled to be here," Oliva replied amiably, "Teaching by itself is wonderful, but teaching at Hogwarts... That's an honor I'd barely allowed myself to hope for." She smiled at her colleague, showing her pearl-white teeth. "Are you new to teaching here as well? Or have you been here a while?"

Well, finally she met some fellow Ravenclaw, "Wait, your last name is Tudor, right?" she asked, but she'd heard that somewhere before, "I think there was a Tudor when I came to Hogwarts, it wasn't in my year, but still" she smiled, during the seven years she spent in Hogwarts she became closest to the ones in her own year, so it was a little difficult for her to remember the rest.

She shook her head, her hair moved in the same direction, "No, I'm sort of new, I've tought before but in Beauxbatons" she suddenly felt proud about teaching in Hogwarts, "I know what you mean, a complete honor" Caterina nodded this time.

Kildara listened to her collegues speaking and smiled. This wouldn't be so hard after all.
"Hi Caterina. How are you today?" she said happily. She turned to Olivia and smiled,
"Hi, I'm Kildara Snape. I'm the Headmistress and Arithmancy Professor." She looked around. They were a young staff this year. This was going to be really quite exciting. She was looking forward to it.

Samantha smiled at Olivia "Hello I'm Sam I teach Care of Magical Creatures and head of Hufflepuff house. It is a pleasure to meet you." She said sweetly. She seemed like a very kind person.

Kildara looked over as Sam spoke. She smiled. "Hi Sam. How is set up going?" she asked, kindly.

Sam smiled back "Great everything is working perfect and can't even express how happy i am to be head of house!" She said greatfully her excitement shining through her face. But even that couldn't express it.
