Kildara smiled back and was happy at Sam's excitement. "Well, you were the best candidate." she gushed.

Sam smiled she was thrilled "Thanks sooo much you have to understand I love my house so much but don't get me wrong the other ones a great to." She said smileing

Kildara smiled as Sam tried to cover herself. "That's fine Sam. You don't have to love the other houses. Just as long it doesn't spread to your relationships with the other Heads." Kildara laughed. "It's fine. I'm a Slytherin, so you can imagine. People are thinking I'm going to be like Phineas Nigilleus. Don't worry I intend on being a lot nicer than that." she smirked.

Sam laughed slightly "I can't say I looove them but they ARE still great and if anyone thinks you are going to be like Phineas then they don't know you very well." She said smileing at Kildara. She trusted that everyone would treat her fairly and if they didn't then they would have problems with her

Kildara smiled. "Why thank you Sam. That means a lot to me. I'm related to him you see. So people just automatically think I'm like him. Not the case I'm afraid." she laughed. "I don't even like that part of my family. Weak, they are. Produced too many Gryffindors." she laughed again. "Not that that is a really bad thing though. Just in the context of my family it is!"

Sam laughed "Well I know you'll do great. Do you have any special plans yet." She asked enjoying this conversation greatly.

Kildara beamed at Sam. "Thanks." she said, slightly embarrassed. It was good to know someone had faith in her. "I don't have anything planned at the moment. I'm open to suggestions though." she smiled.

Sam smiled "Well I'm fresh out of ideas." Sam said "I have used them all up on the house. Sorry. But you'll think of something great. I know it."

Kildara smiled. "I'm sure I will. So did you go to Hogwarts?" she asked.

Sam nodded "I did I was almost the top of my class in Care of Magical creatures...A ravenclaw beat me in the written exam. but I got along with them better." Sam said "And you?"

Kildara nodded. "I was in Slytherin. Top of the class in Potions and Arithmancy. I graduated with a Special Services to the School for academic prowess. Bit embarrassing really. It's still in the trophy room. I tried to remove it but it won't budge."

Sam smiled but was thinking about her 'specail lessons' with her proffesor for her 'gift'.She had hated those lessons to a great amount. "Well it shouldn't everyone should know how great you are." She said slightly distracted

"Hmm I suppose." Kildara answered. She noticed Sam looked distracted. "What's up?" she asked.

Kildara listened to her collegues speaking and smiled. This wouldn't be so hard after all.
"Hi Caterina. How are you today?" she said happily. She turned to Olivia and smiled,
"Hi, I'm Kildara Snape. I'm the Headmistress and Arithmancy Professor.". She looked around. They were a young staff this year. This was going to be really quite exciting. She was looking forward to it.

Caterina's face turned to Kildara this time, "Well, very good, thank you" she replied, nodding, "How about you?" she asked, mostly to be polite, she knew how Kildara was.

She smiled as Sam spoke about Magical Creatures, "It's a very nice field of magic, don't you think? How amazing some creatures are" Caterina said, remembering the times she'd been studying a few creatures unknown at that time with a friend who worked at the Ministry, it was a refreshening experience for her, and she loved the outdoors as well.

Kildara looked around as Caterina spoke. "I'm good thanks." Kildara answered. She smiled happily at her staff. This year would be good.
