Bella stumbled into the common room trying to make as little noise as possible. From the giggles that she had kept making at the thought of getting caught, it was a wonder that she hadn't been caught at all. "Bubi Dani darling," she said as the portrait closed. God even her voice sounded too loud. She was going to be so dead in the morning. "Note to self, neva have 27 shots of firewhisky," she mumbled.

God even her voice sounded too loud. She was going to be so dead in the morning. "Note to self, neva have 27 shots of firewhisky," she mumbled. Sam had fallen asleep on the couch waiting for Bella to get back. She hadn't told him where she was going, not that she needed to, but, a head's up would be nice. He jerked away as he heard Bella's voice and looked up to see her stumbling around. He heard her mumble, her words surprisingly clear. "Have a good time?" he asked, not even bothering with a hello.

Bella groaned hearing the voice that although she loved she didn't want to hear right now. She vaugly recalled not telling him where she was off to because he had been flying when she left which she was sorry about, but the party had called. Now all she wanted to do was to get into bed. "Very it was amazingly fun. You should meet the new Irish girl, not Ceallach but... Megan." She hoped he hadn't heard her mumbling, 27 shots of firewhisky was never a good thing to have.

Sam just nodded, then shook his head. "Mhm. I'll have to meet her then." He sighed and stood up, standing in front of her. "27 shots?" he asked.

"I'll introduce you tomorrow then," Bella said happily then cursed herself for being so loud. She made to go make her way upstairs to her dorm, but stopped as he stood in front of her. "Of firewhisky," she finished softly. There was no use beating about the bush if he had heard that. "It was a drinking contest and you'll be happy to know I beat my record my two shots." She thought about it for a second then gently shook her head before realising that was a bad idea. "On second thoughts, you may not be happy to know that."

Sam sighed, and cupped her face softly in his hands, tilting it so she was looking up at him. "Bella, Bella, Bella. What are we going to do with you? You know you don't have to keep trying to beat your record right? 25 was a reasonable amount. Now it's 27?" he shook his head. He could smell the alcohol on her, and for some, strange reason, it made him angry. Shaking his head, he leant down and placed a small kiss on her lips, before releasing her. "Go to bed. You're going to need the rest before tomorrow," he said, stepping out of her way.

Feeling his hands cup her face, Bella let him raise it slightly and looked at him. "It was a fun night out, that sort of got a bit too carried away," she explained. Why did he make her feel guilty about going out? "Hey 27 isn't bad, Ceal managed 50," she told him. She could tell he was getting angry though, he didn't have to say anything, but getting this drunk probably hadn't been her best idea so far. "Okay," she sighed kissing his lips. "Don't mention tomorrow. I have a good mind just to miss Kildara's lesson and stay in bed."

"Don't use that line Bella. Ceallach is a seasoned drinker. She drinks more than me. So, don't compare yourself to her. I love you the way you are. I don't want you to turn into her," he said, shaking his head. "If you miss Kildara's class in the morning, not only will I be angry at you, Dara will be furious!"

Bella sighed, knowing that she wouldn't win the argument. "I won't, I promise." She knew he was right, she hadn't done Kildara's homework because she had spent way too much time celebrating certain things. And she didn't want Sam angry at her for anything else. "Fine I'll meet you down at breakfast tomorrow," she said giving in grudgingly. "Night love." Giving him one last kiss on the cheek she made her way up the stairs, cursing softly as she stubbed her toes. Heels were not the things to wear stumbling up stairs.

Sam sighed as she kissed him on the cheek and walked off. "Night," he said, and turned to watch her attempt to climb the stairs. He shook his head. Way to be mean and horrible Sam. You know you're going to have to make it up to her! He sighed again and walked up the other stairs to the boys dorms. f**king stupid dolt!

Bella walked into the common room after giving the password and tossed her bag onto the couch before turning and giving Sam a hug. "It's not your fault babe, I shouldn't have drunk so much last night." She knew that she had probably had way too much and after getting a talking to from both Danika and Sam, had decided not to drink for a very long time.

Sam threw his own bag on the floor and pulled her into his arms as she turned to him. "Babe, it still doesn't excuse me for being so cold, though. I'm not usually like that. I don't even know why I was. Maybe because I was half asleep, but still, I shouldn't have treated you like that, I'm sorry," he said, cupping her face softly and kissing her. When he pulled away, he smiled, then sat on the couch, pulling her down on top of him, swining his legs up so they were lying. "You do realise, that this is the couch that we first got together on. And now we are lying here engaged," he said, stating a little bit of trivia about the couch.

Bella smiled as his arms went around her and listened. "It probably didn't help that I probably reeked of alcohol either," she mumbled. "You weren't that cold," she said as he kissed her. God she loved his kisses so much. "It's alright babe, I'm sorry too." When he pulled her on top of her, she grinned and rested her elbows on his chest. "Yup I know and surprisingly enough I love you just as much as I did then, if not more." Leaning down she traced his lips with her finger slowly. "You know something else about this couch, it's extremely comfy."

Sam's lips curled into a smile as she traced them with her finger. He opened his mouth and snapped at her finger, catching it between his teeth. He grinned, then nudged it with his tongue a few times, before letting it go. "Yeah, it is pretty comfy isn't it," he said, still grinning. "But, I'm pretty sure it'll be more comfy like this." Then he flipped them so she was on the bottom, and he slumped against her, as if she was just part of the couch. "Yep, definately more comfy," he laughed.

Bella tried to pull her finger back before it was too late but he caught it in his teeth causing her to laugh. The feeling of his tounge against it made her smile, but she didn't pull away until he let go. She closed her eyes when he flipped them and fell against the couch with a dignified oomph, not expecting it. "I don't know how you can flip us both, it's not as if I'm that light," she said grinning up at him. She laughed as he lounged on top of her and ran a hand through his hair. "You know this works, until I have to get up, and then you have to move."
