Professor Snape's Office

You walk down the corridor up to the the extravagant oak double doors. As you walk closer you see the doors are intricately engraved with runes and other ancient markings. You knock on the door and it swings open. The delectable smell of Honeydukes chocolate and other various sweets meets your nostrils. The walls of the 3-tiered office are covered with banners and cupboards. The banners consist of the Snape, Slytherin and Peverell family crests, the four house banners, and the Hogwarts School banner. The cupboards are filled with intricate instruments whirring and spinning, and ancient looking books that look well read. A blue light emits from one of the cupboards and as you pass it you see a Pensieve, the liquid glowing steadily, pictures whirling in the surface of the stone basin. You walk towards the large oak desk and the comfortable looking armchairs and sit in one of them.

Professor Kildara Snape sits behind her large desk, a large feather quill and a stack of parchement beside her on the desk. Her long dark brown hair falling in endless waves over her shoulders and chest and down her back. Her icy blue eyes widen as she sees you walk in the room. Her red lips turn into a smile as you sit in front of her. She tilts her head to the side as she listens intently to what you have to say.

Ellie took a deep breath, she was scared to tell the headmistress the news. She was glad she didn't ask Andrew to come with her. She took another breath to calm her nerves and mind before knocking on the door and slowly entering the office. "Headmistress, I'm sorry to disturb you, but I have some news for you." She said bowing before the headmistress.

Kildara looked up, chewing on the end of her quill as there was a knock on the door, then Ellie walked in.
"Ellie, yes, come in. Sit down," she said, motioning to the chairs in front of her desk. "What's this news you have for me?" she asked, curiously eyeing the girl.

Ellie nodded and sat down in the chair and folded her gands on her stomach. "I came to tell you some news that I have found out during break." She told her, looking her straight in the eyes. "Headmistress, I'm pregnant."

Kildara's eyes widened, and she could have killed the girl right there and then. She hated anyone that was pregnant at the moment. Anyone, and everyone. She had half a mind to tell her to get rid of it! But, she stayed calm and nodded.
"Well, then. I think a congratulations are in order," she said, smiling at the girl. She took a deep breathe and sighed. "But, if it hinders you in anyway, you know the consequences." Kildara gave Ellie a warning smile, almost daring her to do something wrong.

Ellie was shocked at the headmistress' calmity. She couldn't believe and before she knew it she was in her mind. She quickly pulled out when she saw the anger. "Er thanks." She said swallowing a huge lump of fear. "Nm, no, of course not, I'm still faithfull."

Kildara's eyes widened angrily as she felt Ellie in her mind. Get out of it! she snarled inwardly. "There is no need to fear me, Ellie. Unless you've done something wrong. Have you done anything wrong, Eleanor?" she said, using her full name threateningly.

Ellie at her, making double the effort to block her mind. She shook her. "Not that I'm aware of headmistress." She said, realizing she was holding her breath. She let out the breath and looked down at her stomach. "I...I was just worried how you would react to the news." And apparently she had good reason to.

Kildara nodded, her half hearted attempt to enter Ellie's mind failing. Finding out one of her students was pregnant was not on her list of things to deal with today. And she was still rather depressed about losing her own child. "Well, you have my reaction, my congratulations, and my warning. Whas that all Miss Meyer?" she asked, trying to calm herself down. If she didn't she was going to reach across the table and throttle the girl.

Ellie nodded and sighed with relief, though she was shocked that she didn't ask who the father was. 'I half wonder what she would think if she learned Andrew's the father. Wouldn't be as bad if she learned that i joined..' Ellie thought before quickly closed her mind again. "That was all headmistress, am i dismissed now?"

Kildara shook her head. "Ellie. If you have secrets from me, do not think them in front of me. I'm who I am for a reason. I suggest you pass on my congratulations to Mr McDougall. And, Ellie, if I get any whiff of you helping out the Order, you, Andrew, and that lovely infant of yours will not be in the best place. Am I clear?" she said, her voice barely a whisper, but still patronisingly clear, and threatening. "That is all. You are dismissed."

Ellie's hand instantly covered her stomach mounted again. She swallowed the lump in her throat and nodded slightly. "Then its a good thing I'm faithful to you and only you." She said and quickly got up when she was dismissed. "Thank you my lady." She said and quickly left to find Andrew.

Kildara smiled calmly, although the warning was still evident in her eyes. "Well, that is good thing then. Good day to you Ellie," she said as the girl practically ran from the room. Then Kildara's anger blew. She stood up and picked up one of the photoframes on her desk, throwing it against a wall, shattering the glass, and the wooden frame into a million pieces, shredding the photgraph inside it. She thrn proceeded to throw an assortment of things, eventually collapsing in the middle of the room, clutching her stomach, tears pouring down her face.

The twins stopped outside the door of the Headmistress's office. As transfer students, they had to report to her, and hand in their reports from Durmstrang. They watched as a girl left the office, looking scared but relieved, and Zach was about to knock on the door, when he heard a loud crash from within. It was followed by a series of other crashes, as if someone was throwing things around. He exchanged a startled glance with Aidan. "You think we should come back later?" he queried.

Aidan looked undecided. "We were told to report to her as soon as we got unpacked, so..." He paused, listening. Everything had gone quiet.

Zach still wasn't sure what they should do. From the noises they'd heard, there must be quite a mess in the office. Suddenly he made up his mind. Better to get it over with. He rapped firmly on the door.

Kildara was collapsed in the middle of the room, sobbing, when she heard the knock on the door. "f**k," she whispered. She flicked her hand out at the room, and all the broken instruments and othe objects flew into cupboards, hiding them selves from view. Her office righted, she stood up, smoothing her robes over her newly-slimmed body, and wiped her eyes, looking at herself in a mirror, making sure she looked alright. She decided, seeing as she wasso close, she may as well open the door herself. She paused with her hand on the handle, taking a deep breath, before she opened the door. She smiled.
"Hello boys. What can I do for you?" she said. Are these the new transfers? They'd got a lot of new transfers lately.
