Staff Room

[Simon Hedwig]

"I'm not putting myself down, I'm just being realistic." exclaimed Simon with a laugh. "Besides I'm bound to have a list of your faults too. I have one already: makes up ridiculous lies about animal phleghm." he said pretending to make a mental note of it. He smiled when she kissed his cheek, wishing he could kiss her properly. It would have to wait until tonight.

"Look, let's just sell the phleghm on the black market and be done with it." he joked. He reluctantly stopped tickling her, letting her get her breath back. He chuckled.
"It's just that you're so funny when I tickle you. You start giggling and it's just adorable. I can't help myself." he teased her. He really wanted to kiss her now and had to force himself to resist.

"A waiting list eh?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. "Well you better tell the people on that list that you're permanently unavailable because I'm booking up your entire diary." he told her firmly. He couldn't resist it anymore and he no longer cared if the Minister himself walked in. He leaned in and kissed her warmly. His body immediately relaxed and felt warm. Her lips were like an instant tonic.

"It's a bit cold for a picnic. We should do that, though. When it gets warmer. The Leaky Cauldron sounds good. Plus getting away from Hogwarts will help us relax." he suggested. "If we stay in Scotland it'll be a constant reminder that we have to go back." he said with a sad grin. "So shall we skip dinner? Go after classes finish?" he asked.

"Oh?" Liz asked wondering what faults she could have apart from the obvious faults she found about herself. "That one doesn't count!" she exclamied shaking her head and giggling. "Besides I'd rather be telling lies about the stuff than actually eating it. I doubt you'd ever kiss me again."

"That sounds like a better idea," she agreed grinning. When Simon finally stopped tickling her she breathed a little sigh of relief."I can't help giggling though, you tickled my most ticklish spot. And I probably shouldn't have told you that." She realised looking up at him, his eyes twinkling with amusement. It was taking all her willpower not to just kiss him here and now.

Her eyes teased him and she nodded, "Yup theres a guy on wednesday next week, another guy on friday," she told him pretending to be serious. She giggled and caressed his cheek, "Permanently unavailable? Professor I do have classes to teach remember. But if I must tell them, I'll tell them." She closed her eyes as he kissed her, Kildara could walk in and she would probably ignore her. Her hands travelled from his cheek up to his hair, running her fingers through it. Kissing him was definitely the best thing she'd done all day so far.

"That sounds nice," she said agreeing that it was a bit too cold to go out. "True, no need to worry about students, or being locked out for the night." She frowned at the thought of having to come back eventually, "Yeah but at least we can come back together." Thinking for a minute she nodded, go straight after classes finished meant that they'd get more time together. "Well considering we're going out for dinner, I think we should skip dinner here," she laughed. It sounded like it was going to be a faboulous night indeed.

Simon smiled, his eyes laughing.
"It'll take more than animal phleghm to stop me kissing you." he assured her, stroking the hair back off her shoulder.
"No you definitely shouldn't have told me that." he said in response to her revealing her most ticklish spots. "It doesn't mean I'm not going to try and seek out all your other ticklish spots, though. Wherever they be." he said with a playful glint in his eye.

When she started listing all the guys that were in her diary he began tickling her again.
"Cancel him!" he ordered bossily. "And him. He's definitely cancelled." he insisted with fake crossness. "I'm keeping you all to myself." he announced with a massive grin. He stopped tickling her and pulled her close pressing his lips against her cheek, chuckling softly. He kissed her again, really not caring if anyone came in. He sighed into their kiss as she ran her hands through his hair and her ran his fingers lightly down her back.

"Well my last class finishes at about 5 today. Shall I meet you in the Entrance Hall?" he asked. He was really looking forward to tonight now. It would be so good to get away with her where they couldn't be interrupted.

Liz laughed and pretended to sigh in relief. She was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to give up Simon's kisses. Not for anything or anyone. "Have fun then," she told him, hearing that he'd try finding all her other ones. She knew he'd probably find them all in due time, the glint in his eye told her that much.
When she started listing all the guys that were in her diary he began tickling her again.

"Simon!" she exclaimed laughing as he began tickling her again. "Okay, okay I'll cancel them both," she said squirming in his arms. "You better be something special mister." She looked at his face and smiled at his grin and his words. "I think that's the best idea you've had today love." Catching her breath back from the tickling onslaught she smiled as her cheek was kissed. Feeling his fingers running down her back she pushed herself closer to him not caring she was in the staff room. At least it was better than in one of the corridors.

"Ha I finish at four," she teased kissing the tip of his nose. "But that sounds like a plan." She was going to enjoy tonight because as far as she was concerned it was just her and Simon. No werewolves, students or other interruptions to bother their night.

Simon chuckled and nodded enthusiastically.
"I will have fun. Over analyzing people in my relationships and looking for reasons to be unhappy is something I've worked very hard on." he joked. It couldn't have been further from the truth and it often confused him when he saw other people doing it. He was very realistic and knew that people's flaws was what made them who they were and what made them special. "I'm sure you'll have plenty of fun finding my flaws." he added.

He stopped tickling her as she agreed to cancel all her fictitious dates and patted her patronizingly on the head.
"Good girl. I won't have to find and kill them now." he said with mock seriousness. "And I won't have to punish you either." he added, tappin her nose with the end of his finger.

He opened his mouth with fake horror as she declared she finished taching before him and pretending to sulk. It didn't last though, for the moment she kissed his nose he grinned and laughed, rubbing his nose where it tickled slightly. "I'll see you at 5 then." he declared before kissing her again. And again. And again. He grinned through each kiss, knowing he should step away and go to his next class...but he just didn't want to.

"Now that's a lie and a half," Liz said shaking her head and grinning. "You seem more like the type of person who likes teasing their girlfriends and cares about their families a lot." That sounded more like Simon. "I think it'll be interesting to see how different the flaws we find in each other are to the ones we see in ourselves. But if it means I get to spend time with you whilst finding your flaws out, I'm sure I'll have fun."

She pretended to glare at him as she was patted on the head and rolled her eyes. "Yeah and I won't have to try and find a way to get you out of Azkaban after you've killed them." She laughed as her nose was tapped and scrunched it up. "Thank heavens for that. Don't worry if you're booking up my scheduale, I'm pretty sure I won't have time to misbehave."

"Yes you will," she said laughing after he got after his supposed sulk. She knew she should be pushing him away, but with each kiss she got, it got harder and harder to do. "Love," she sighed eventually stepping back a little, slightly breathless from the ammount of kisses. "As much as I want to keep kissing you, we're going to have to wait till later tonight. You and I both have classes to teach." Stupid classes!

Simon shook his head and ried to look evil.
"Ah, now see my plan is working then. I've brainwashed you into believing I'm a nice guy." he cackled. He looked at her blankly when she didn't look convinced. "What? I'm serious, I'm horrible. I'm a real fiend, I swear. I plan to take advantage of you and make you join the Death Eaters." he told her, tempted to tickle her again, but decided against it.

He preteded to be upset when she said she wouldn't have time to misbehave.
"Now that would be a terrible shame." he commented, nuzzling her neck suggestively. He kissed the soft supple skin there and then pulled his head back to look at her with a smile.
He pouted when she said they had to go, although he knew she was right. He reluctantly released her waist and groaned in protest as he stepped away from her.
"Well at least we have tonight to look forward to." he said, trying to cheer himself up. "And don't go talking to any strange men whilst you're waiting for me. Tell them your diary's full." he ordered, giving her a quick kiss on the lips before walking over to the staff room door. He held it open for her politely and sighed. Tonight couldn't come quickly enough.

Liz raised an eyebrow as Simon cackled pretending to be evil. There was no way that guy could be evil, that was like saying Kildara was the Queen of Goodness. "I think you've already taken advantage," she said grinning. "Though you can go
drown your head in a vat of firewhisky if you think I'm joining the Deatheaters for you."

She had to physically push the numerous thoughts that appeared in her mind away as Simon nuzzled her neck. Biting her lip she looked at him and smiled wishing the hours would fly to five o'clock. "Evil you may not be, but you are a horrid tease."
She looked at him as he pulled away and shook her head as he lectured her again about talking to strangers. "Okay I promise I won't talk to any strange guys. Even if they are extremely good looking." She kissed him back before grabbing another coffee, since her first one had gotten cold. Seeing him with the door open she grinned and walked over to him. "Just think, in around 5 hours we won't have to worry about being interrupted," she whispered in his ear before kissing his cheek. "Love you," she said before walking off towards her classroom. Concentrating was going to be hard this afternoon.

Kildara walked into the staff room, and collapsed onto one of the armchairs, absolutely exhausted. She summoned a glass of Firewhiskey and downed it in one, wincing as the scorching liquid burnt her throat. Being Headmistress was hard!

Cailtyn walked to the staff room, her face lit up and her strides made it look more like she was gliding. She stopped when she saw Dara there and smiled at her before sitting down beside her. "Hello Kildara, stressing over work again?" She asked, the smile on her face never leaving her.

Kildara looked up as Caitlyn walked into the room. She looked extremely hapy about something. "The work of a Headmistress is never done,' she commented. "What's got you all lit up like that?" she asked, a smile slipping onto her face. Caitlyn's happiness was intoxicating.

"If you every need help with it, I'm here for you, maybe you can take a break with your little side man?" She smirked at her best friend before blushing when she asked why she was so happy. "Guess you can say love is in the air, the ball was an amazing night, it was...perfect."

Kildara laughed. "I think I've taken enough 'breaks'. People are starting to talk," she chuckled. "Ohhh. Dmetri?" she asked.

Caitlyn laughed and shook her head. "Tell you what, what if you take a vacation, allow yourself some time to yourself, give him a vacation as well, only give it the pretense that he's suspendded or soemthing, leave at different times, people won't think more of it." She offered. She smiled slyly, her face turning red again. "Is it that noticable? Oh Dara, he's perfect, well besides the fact that he tried to stay away to save me, which nearly got me killed."

Kildara chuckled again. "That would be nice. People would still talk. Because that's what they like to do. Good idea though," she said, smiling at the idea of being away with Caeleb ... alone. She listened to Caitlyn speaking about Dmetri, and grinned. "Well, I'm glad you're so happy! Now we're both happy," she chuckled. "Save you? What do you mean?"
