Alex nodded and put his wand on Smith and said the dillusion charm so she couldn't be seen "done" he walked over to the wall they were standing at, "and I have the perfect place for her wand, he throw the wand up in the air and it got stuck on the chandelier. "off we go"

Danika walked into the Common Room after being in the Library. She was tired and wanted to go to bed. But when she saw Max and Alex looking very happy with themselves she had to find out. She walked up to them and said, "Hey guys," before sitting beside Max on the couch. "What have you two done?" she asked seriously.

Max smiled he was enjoying it greatly he couldn't stand her. "If we get in trouble it will be worth it." He said leaning back "Smith is propably crying right now."He said with sick pleasure

"hey Dani" he opened his eyes, "well I stupfyed Smith, throw her wand up there" he pointed to the chandelier, "we took her down to the broomshed and locked her in, oh and Max made her hit her head and legs on almost every wall on the way down"

Dani's eyes widened in horror, but she smiled. "You didn't?" she breathed. She pointed her hand up at the chandelier and Estelle's wand flew into her hand. "You know that even if she says you two did it, everyone will think I did something too. And you too are prefects. You attacked the Head Girl. I'm not saying it was a bad thing. Hell, if I knew I wouldn't get my Captaincy taken away and get thrown out I'd have done it too. But seriously guys. You'll get your badges taken from you and they'll be given to some mangy fifth years that are just like Smith." she sighed. As much as she thought they had done well, she feared for them. She looked down at Smith's wand in her hands. Bugger she thought.

Danika frowned and dropped the wand on the floor. "Alex, you all might have flawless records but she's Head Girl. Who do you think they are going to believe. Two ambitious Slytherin Prefects or their perfect grovelling Head Girl?" she sighed. "Oh, if only I hadn't been stupid enough to not take that book back. That badge would be mine and things would be a lot different." she growled. Stupid book.

Danika smiled. "Yes, Alex, you should have." she laughed. She leant against Max and smiled at the two of them. With them, she was invincible.

Estelle walked in to the common room after a ratter interesting stay at the hospital wing, normally she would have walked right past the three sitting on the sofa but they had broken her leg and stolen her wand, "I want my wand back" she said from behind them and saw Danika was holding it, "give it"

Dani looked around as Estelle spoke. She shrugged her shoulders and picked up the wand she had just dropped. "Here you are love. You know you should treat it a little bit better. Dropping it isn't going to make it work any better. You know you really should find something that does though. Don't want anything to happen to you now would we?" she said handing the wand back to Estelle over the back of the couch, a smirk worthy of Slytherin's heir on her face.

Max smiled as everyone talked. He knew they couldn't get in trouble. It was simple story. She hit her head couldn't remember what happened formed a theory and blamed them it was simple but it worked. He decided to tell Alex and Dani after Smith left
