Elizabeth frowned, she knew that was an obvious lie, even without her ability in Legilimency. "Well if you're sure Miss Wood," she said. "You always know that there are people around to talk to if you need to talk."

Mel looked up, it all happened so fast. She hadn't even realised Chris hadn't changed back. "Are you alright now Chris?" She asked quickly. Chris nodded, looking relieved. "Yeah - I'm fine. I was a Beagle?" He glanced at the plate of cookies again, but decided that maybe he should give it a rest for now. He hadn't been scared, but he was starting to realize how careful you had to be with magic. |

"Yes and a very cute one as well," Bella said laughing a little. "Now you know why people are so careful with magic, and why wizards and witches under 17 aren't allowed to use magic at school." She knew that he had to learn sometime, but a transfiguration spell may not have been the best one to mess up."

Elizabeth looked around at her students and smiled, happy to see that most of them now had the knack of the spell. "Right, since I see that most of you have gotten used to the spell, I'm going to say it's the end of the lesson." She glanced at her watch and nodded, "Yep 2 minutes before the end, so everyone please start to get ready to leave." She piled up her own papers before saying, "There is no homework today except to keep practicing that spell, whether on others or on yourself. It's the only way that you'll get better at it."
