Kelly walked to the 5th floor corridor, wanting to go to the prefects lounge, but she heard voices inside, so she thought it over. She walked to the furthest window and sat down under it, closing her eyes.

Sam walked out of the Prefect's Bathroom and looked around the corridor. He was about to walk away when he noticed a frame that looked like Kelly's sitting at the end. He sighed and walked up to her, running his fingers through his still wet hair. He smiled and sat down beside her.
"Hey Kelly. What's up?" he asked. She looked bothered by something.

Kelly opened her eyes as she heard someone speak. "Hi, Sam. Nothing much. Just sitting here, thinking about different things." she looked up at him "and you? Haven't seen you around without Bella before". Her voice reflected sarcasm. Bella and Sam were going everywhere together.

Sam shrugged. "Yeah, me and Bella hardly spend any time apart, except for now of course. I think she's in there," he pointed at the door to the Prefect Lounge. "Im good. Except for the fact I can't skip class anymore. Snape told me I'd lose my Captaincy if I didn. Fair enough though." He sighed heavily, then shook it all from his head. "So, anything you wanna talk about? What you thinking?" he asked friendly.

"Yeah, i thought I heard Bella's voice in there. And I think it's fair, cause you shouldn't skip classes." she lowered her head a little bit "What i'm thinking about? You mean besides the fact, that you're as pretty as you were that day in the Pitch? Oh, a lot of things. Professor Pettigrew and Dani and Kildara basically."

Sam sighed. "Pretty? Interesty choice of word. But thank you. And you are still as beautiful as you were then too. What about Professor Pettigrew, Kildara and Dani?" he asked. Those three names in one sentence could be dangerous!

Kelly looked at Sam carefully. "Oh you know the same thing. Dani being as sweet as she always is, Pettigrew being the same BI*CH she always is and Kildara just stuck in the middle." She didn't know how else to explain it. She didn't want to say it outloud. She sent Sam a silent thought, hoping it doesn't sound so bad "I damaged Kildara's baby on purpose." she looked deep in Sam's eyes to see his reaction.

Sam asked, his face screwed up in confusion. "Danika's not sweet. She never has been. There are a lot of words to describe Danika Peverell, sweet not being one of them." His eyes widened as her thought entered his mind. It was times like this he wished he could do the same thing. "You what!?" he asked. |

And if it hadn't been for that stupid Pettigrew, I would have gotten away with it! And now she has gone over to the death eaters, just to p*ss me off and so she could keep me away from Kildara!"

"I'm not a bad guy, you know that. I just won't let people play around with me. I just love Dani, more than anyone.." she lowered her head and let just one tear drop. She crawled closer to Sam. "Yeah, she's fancied dark arts ever since she was a child. Being in the order was to keep an eye on me. That didn't work." she didn't know what else to say. She was just confused. She put her head in Sam's lap and closed her eyes, hoping he won't push her away.

"I know, Kelly. I've had my first taste of that. I never knew how hurtful it could be. And, may I say, Danika loves you, more than than life. I've never seen her like this before." Sam watched her come closer to him. He was sort of on edge around her, especially after last time they were alone. As she laid her head in his lap, he sighed. He looked down at her. She looked vulnerable. Not the Kelly most people saw. He put a hand on her head, stroking her hair softly, calming her. "Everything will work out. Let's just hope it's soon," he soothed, still stroking her hair.

Kelly loved the feeling, when Sam stroke her hair. She didn't even pay attention to what he was saying. Too bad he was taken. Yet so good, cause she didn't want to hurt Danika. She was confused. She turned her head, so it was still in Sam's lap, but her eyes connected with his. "I really do love Danika. And she loves me, atleast I think so. And I'm just so confused, because of that bi*ch Pettigrew running around and she's not so good, as everyone thinks she is!" she felt more tears running from her eyes. Kelly let her hand slide on Sam's arm.

Sam sighed, looking at the tears running from her eyes. He felt her hand slide along his arm. If they both weren't taken, he'd take her right now. Even if just to make her feel better. Mind you, if she wasn't taken, she probably wouldn't be in this mess. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her up in to a tight hug. "Are you even listening to me, love? Danika loves you. There is no doubt about it. I'm like a confidante for her. She tells me these things. I never really like Pettigrew. She freaks me a little," he said, kissing her softly on the head.
