Caterina was somehow aware of the girl that was standing behind the door, but simply waited for her to knock or at least be ready to enter. She was surprised when a few minutes passed and then she finally heard the knock. "Come in" she said, in a loudible tone for the girl standing outside but without being so loud itself.
She walked by the desk again, without sitting, waiting for the girl to head inside.

Kelly went in, gave a smile and introduced herself the best she could. "Hello, I'm Kelly Black 7th year Gryffindor. I haven't taken your classes before and I thought that this year would be perfect for them." She hoped, she didn't sound too enthusiastic. She looked at the teacher and waited for her to response .

Caterina smiled, and nodded as the girl stepped in, "Nice to meet you Miss Black, I'm Professor Sunwood, although, you probably knew that by now" she joked about the last part, she considered what she just said.
She sat down, and got quite comfortable on her new chair, "I wonder, why do you think this year will be 'perfect' for them?" she asked, being just as curious as she was, the sentence was something that got her mind to work.

"It's just like this feeling that you know , you have to do something and you don't know why. A sort of intuition or something, which you can't actually explain." Kelly couldn't explain it better. "And because, it's my last year, I thought it would be nice to learn something new, and muggle studies I just don't need." She had no idea, if she had said everything right and if Professor Sunwood had understood everything the way, she meant it to be. So she just waited for her response.

"Yes, I guess I have a very good idea of those kind of feelings" she said, half joking, the girl seemed quite sweet, and she completely agreed on Muggle Studies, "You're right, how much more about muggles can you find out anyway?" it wasn't a question, it was more like a comment.
She smiled, "Well, it was very nice to meet you, indeed" she said, looking at Kelly, "So, will that be all? If it is you're free to go" she continued, considering she was still adjusting some things in her office, she didn't like to keep it messy at all.

"I guess it's all. We'll see again in class, Professor." She gave her a smile and left the classroom .

Krysta knocked on Professor Sunwood's door and waited patiently, watching the shimmering orbs inside a red crystal skull dance around in thier misty ether. It was quite mesmerizing. She looked aound the rest of the room and noticed the old crystal ball up on a shelf gathering dust. For some reason she found this amusing and chuckled to herself. She preferred scrying mirrors to crystal balls anyway.

ooc/ it's Prof. Sunwood's office, not Dalton's...Dalton=HoM while Sunwood=Divination....=)
Caterina was rearranging some of the books, when she heard a knock on the door. She'd been a bit busy thinking about many things and forgot to reply immediately.
She frowned when no one entered, but remembered she never spoke for the person to come inside, "Umm..come in!" she said, a tad loud. She didn't bother to get to her desk, she simply remained eying the books as she placed them in order.

Krysta pushed the door open quietly and spotted Professor Sunwood standing in front of a large dusty bookcase. She grinned. The room was just how she imagined it. "Morning, Professor. I was wondering if I could ask your advice about something. I've been having some dreams recently...and normally I can interpret my dreams pretty easily, but these ones really have me stumped and they're so intense that I feel more tired after sleeping than I did before. I was wondering if you could help." she explained awkwardly but hopefully.

Caterina smiled as the girl walked in, "Good morning, you're Krysta Hedwig, right?" she asked, before responding to her advice, "Of course I could, just tell me about it..." she started to say, and thought of something, "...I wonder...Is there some sort of divination history between your family?" that could make everything a bit easier if she had a relative that is gifted.

Krysta smiled and held back a chuckle. "You could say that Professor. We're not seers, but we do have empathic abilites: mind-melding, reading auras, feeing other people's emotions. There is a history of prophetic dreams, but I just don't understand this. I don't know whether it's just a dream or whether it's something more." she explained, her frustration slipping through into her tone. "I didn't know who else to turn to."

She nodded as Krysta started to talk, and smiled, "Yes, I think you've come to the right place, although, every Professor is always able to help" she said, and went to her desk to take a seat.
Caterina thought for a few moments, considering she'd said that she was even more tired after sleeping, only one thing crossed her mind for that instant, "Have you ever considered it being some sort of Astral Projection?" she asked, but decided that the most important question was the one she made later, "If you don't mind me asking, what was the dream about?" she looked at the girl after asking this.

Krysta sucked in a deep breath and closed her eyes. She took herself into the dream, re-living it, narrating everthing she saw to Professor Sunwood.
"Fire." she began. "All around me. I can feel the heat. The flames...there are bodies in the flames...burning. Everything's crumbling. I walk through it but it doesn't burn me. There's a man watching me, but I can't see his face. He's telling me to keep looking. But I don't understand what I'm looking for. Then it changes, I'm in a corridor. There's a dog...a tall thin dog and it's trotting down through the shadows. I have to follow it, but it doesn't want me to. It's growling at me, but I keep following. In one corner there's this kid...a little boy. He's sitting on the floor, holding a candle, staring at it. As I come near him her looks up and he says; "Don't let it go out." and he holds out the candle to me. And as I reach out to take the candle it's like...something's stopping me. There's some kind of barrier separating us. I can feel the heat from the flame but I can't take it."
Krysta opened her eyes and looked at Professor Sunwood and blinked.
"And someone's laughing." she added. She released a deep breath. "So...what do you think?"

If it wasn't a student, then Caterina wouldn't feel so uncomfortable listening to the 'dream' the girl had, "Okay, there could be two sides of this" she started to say, "If it is a dream, there are many things you need to overcome or change, in order to live your life to the fullest" well, this wasn't as easy as she thought, even if she liked interpreting dreams it was different when it was a student. They tended to listen to professors very much, well, some of them.
"However, if it's Astral Projection, then that's a whole different thing, we'll need to figure out where you are going and why you're going there" she said, Caterina couldn't have been more serious, "But, there's something we know for sure, there's something you're doing right" she smiled, trying not to let the previous things she'd said make the girl nervous or something.

Krys listened carefully and thoughtful and smiled at Professor Sunwood's finaly comment. "But how do we tell which it is?" she asked. "If it's just a dream, what do you think the issues are? In the dream I always feel like there's something I'm supposed to be doing, but something's trying to stop me. I feel like someone is depending on me and I'm afraid of letting them down. The dog feels familiar, like it's someone I know and I want to help them, but they don't want me to..." she trailed off "Wait, that sounds familiar." she suddenlu announced. Kelly, the dog was Kelly. Her patronus was a greyhund, she'd seen it the other day in class. And she was always trying to push Krys away when she tried to help. "Ok, I think I understand the dog bit." she concluded. "But the fire, and the bodies...I dont understand that bit at all." she said miserably.
"I just hope it's not astral projection. But Professor, it can't be astral projection can it? This is a recurring dream. It never changes." she asked thoughtfully, hoping Professor Sunwood agreed.
