Danika felt Krysta's hand on her arm and looked up at her. She smiled, took a deep breath and then put more cake in her mouth, nodding at what everyone was saying.
"I'm staying at Kildara's. Keep her company while she deals," she said simply. Kildara could be fun. But she didn't know how fun this moping Dara was going to be.

"I like that idea. The Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley always serves us whatever we want and it would be nice to see each other otherwise we'll have to have another one of these meetings after we get back to catch up on gossip," Bella said. Her holidays were going to be fun, that much she was sure about. "Spending it with Sam and possibly Annie, though I'm not sure anymore."

"Grr I hate not being seventeen yet. I've got another five months, literally the apparation tests are the day after my birthday I'm that close to missing them this year," Bella said. Hearing James and Dara she fell silent and watched, she had heard that they were over, but she wasn't sure.

At the mention of Caeleb, Bella perked up slightly, she hadn't forgotten him but she hadn't singled him out either once Christmas was over she'd be less tense cause no one would remember. "Okay I'm definitely coming," Bella said with a smile. "Now what's your favourite colour, cause I have a whole wardrobe of unworn clothes from Italy and you can have an outfit for your birthday."

She knew someone who Dara had recently slept with, but since Sam had gotten in trouble telling her, she wasn't going to go and tell anyone else. "I wonder what James will do now?" "Yeah. Obviously not thinking. Kildara doesn't use her brain sometimes." Danika shrugged when Bella mentioned James. "I don't know. Probably go on a rampage. He loved her a lot. He thought she might finally come around. He should have known. She cheated on her fiancee with him. Broke off her engagement to go with him. Not the best way to start a relationship." "Wow." she said, relieved Caeleb wasn't in the mix...yet. "At least with you around she won't be alone. Mind you if Caeleb can drag himself away from Ceallach I'm sure he'll be keeping her company." she said in a catty tone. "Bella, that sucks. Well I'm 17 on Thursday and you have to come and celebrate with me." she insisted, looking at everyone. "And there will be more cake." she added with a grin. "Yeah. Please pray Caeleb doesn't show up. If he does, I'm leaving." She said, disgusted. Caeleb disgusted her. "Well, I'll definately make a trip down to London to come and see you for your birthday! "Ooooh, new clothes. Well with my complexion either dark blue or dark red look good, usually." she said excitedly. "Wow, Italian clothes!" she added, clapping her hands together. "Thanks Bella!"
"God, this is good cake." she groaned, cutting herself another slice and pouring on cream unceremoniusly.

"Well I have a lovely red dress with a set of black shoes and a necklace that would go perfect with it," Bella said, going through her clothes in her mind. "And you're welcome, I always get sent way too many and not all of them are to my liking." An idea hit her and she smiled, "Actually Jackie do you want to tell me your favourite colour and you can have an outfit as well. Think of it as a Christmas present." She watched Krysta take another slice and took one for herself, scooping somemore ice cream onto her plate as well. "God I love this stuff."
