"Right," Isabella said, noting that she was now on thin ice. "I'll send her an owl later on. Thanks Caitlyn, it's been bugging me for a while now." She took a rather large spoonful of ice cream and ate it... "Brain freeze!" she said laughing.

Krysta dashed into the kitchen, her rumbling and her head aching like crazy. She was actually starting to get jittery. She heard the tale end of a conversation two girls were having and couldn't help throwing them a bemused look. Their conversation sounded complicated and she almost wished she'd heard the beginning of it. The Ravenclaw wreaked of secrets and the Hufflepuff girl most definitely had the look of someone lovestruck.
But that was none of her business. She looked around desperately for a house-elf. If she didn't get sugar soon things would get nasty...very nasty. She inwardly cursed her hormones and walked further into the room hoping to grab the attention of a house-elf.

Krys practically dragged Danika into the kitchen and began raiding the cupboards.
"I need chocolate cake...preferably with cream." she explained to a house elf with a grin. The house elf bowed and almost instantly a huge chocolate fudge cake and a jug of thick cream appeared with two bowls.
"Excellent. Thanks." she said to the elf, who bowed again and ran off. Krys cut two slices and put one bowl infront of Danika, hopping onto a stool and hovering her spoon over her cake like a kesrel waiting to swoop on its prey.

Danika followed Krysta into the kitchen and smiled. It had been ages since she'd been in here.
"Mmm, sounds good." she said, smiling as the house elf reappeared. She sat on the stool next to Krysta's and took up her spoon. She didn't have as much control as Krysta, and she took a massive spoonful and put it in her mouth
"Mmmm, that's good," she said, smacking her lips as she swallowed.

Bella walked into the kitchen fancying a snack before going to bed, she had somehow managed to forget lunch and dinner. Spotting Krys, she froze, not sure whether Krys knew about Caeleb and threw up all her blocks before walking inside. "Hey you too," Bella said with a smile. As a house elf walked up to her she asked for one bowl of ice cream with a hot chocolate and a slice of cake.

"I love chocolate." Jackie moaned biting into the large chunk of brown bliss. "It is truly the food of the gods." A lot of girls had gathered in the kitchen. Jackie thought that they were probably there for inter-house girl talk.

Conjuring a stool Bella sat down next to the others, making room for Jackie as well. "Oh believe me I'm going to help you," she said, taking a fork and eating a big chunk. "I can't believe we've already been here a whole term." She smiled at Dani, "I'm fine. Everything is actually perfect now that I've got Sam's present. I honestly didn't think I'd get him one. How's you?"

Danika laughed. "I know! The term has gone so quick! Loads of stuff has changed too. Heaps of stuff has happened," she mused, thinking over what had happened. She got to today, and stopped. She couldn't think about today. She didn't want to start crying again.
