Alex laughed at her reaction and smiled. Once they reached the entrance hall he stopped and looked at Mel again "I'll see you later, I have to finish some homework for tomorrow" he smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "Bye" he said walking down the dungeon stairway and down to the common room.

Smiling, she nodded, "Tomorrow" She waived him off and headed instead for the great hall.

Caitlin stepped into the hall and took a deep breath..She hadn't seen it in for ever..She didn't know when she would see it again either. Her parents where trying to move her to one of the other wizard schools... She glanced around to see if anybody noticed her..her parents had dragged her home without letting her tell anyone.....not even Danika........a while ago. She was depressed.

Annie stepped in to the entrance hall. She ws going to go outside until she saw Caitlin standing there, "Caitlin!" she shouted and ran up to her friend. "Where has you been?"

Annie looked at Caitlin confused, Caitlin never cried. "Bad news about what?" she asked leading Caitlin to a seat near by and sat down. "Come on you can tell me"

"My parents are trying to transfer me.."She said sadly she really didn't want to but there was hardly anything she could do about it...but maybe...Caitlin glanced at Annie waiting for her reaction

"You can't" she said loudly and hugged Caitlin, "we'll work something out I promise" she said sadly, she couldn't leave, not now. "Maybe Danika could think of something?"

"I really hope she can!" Caitlin said she had always hated her parents but right now hate didn't cover it. "I really hope she isn't mad last time I saw her we had a fight...and then my parents pulled this"She said the last part with utmust despise

"she might have been mad at you" she started and smiled at her, "but I'm sure she wouldn't want you to leave Hogwarts" she said and thought, "can your parents do that? can they really pull you out of here?"

"Oh yeah, well to make you feel better" she started and sighed. "my parents died in the summer and I want to live with my grandparents who would let me come to Hogwarts for a week" she stoped and took a breath, "and I came back after you left obviously"

Danika came out of the dungeon corridor, humming softly to herself. She looked up when she heard voices. Annie was talking to ... "Caitlin!" she screamed, running up to her friend and hugging her tightly. "Oh my god! What happened? Where were you? Why didn't you say anything? I missed you!" she said, all at once, really fast. She'd missed Caitlin a lot. And they hadn't parted on the best terms. In fact, Dani hadn't even known Catilin had left until she couldn't find her to apologise.
