Sam walked out of the castle and down to the Pitch, Bella still on his arm, their brooms in their hands. He walked into the middle of the Pitch and smiled, this was his favourite place in the school. A lot had happened here. He smiled at Bella.
"Alright babe, show me what you've got," he said and he mounted the broom and kicked off from the ground. Hard.

Bella watched as Sam kicked off and flew into the air and laughed. "You asked for it," she called. She swung her leg over her broom and kicked off into the air. She soared upwards and then straightened her broom, before zooming around the pitch and then stopping in front of Sam. "So what exactly is wrong with your broomstick it looks nice," she said. She herself had the newest Nimbus which was beaten only by the newest Firebolt.

Sam smiled as she rose up beside him on her Nimbus. He sighed. "It won't go sometimes. It's so damn tempramental. I can't get enough speed out of it. I need speed." he half groaned. It was annoying.

"Try relaxing," Bella said as she flew right next to him. "You keep thinking about wanting to beat Danika so even if you don't know it you're going to be stressed." She lifted one hand off of her broomstick and moved it along his cheek. "There's no need for stress."

Sam smiled as she stroked his face. "I know. I know. I'll try to push it from my mind." he said. He wanted to kiss her. He knew he had the balance but didn't know whether she did.

"Good," she said leaning over and kissing him. Her balance wavered momentarily so she put both hands back onto the handle, but continued to kiss him. Finally she pulled away, "come on then try catching this." she pulled out the snitch and then released it.

Sam smiled as she kissed him and returned it gratefully. He felt her waver slightly and put a hand on her shoulder. He looked at her intently as she pulled away. He smirked when she released the Snitch and he shot off after it.

Bella knew she wasn't as good as Danika when it came to flying and finding the Snitch, but she was good enough to fly off after Sam and try catching it. She saw a glint of gold off to one side and flew towards it, knowing she had only seconds if that before Sam followed her, but it moved at the last minute. "Stupid snitch," she mumbled.

Sam saw Bella go for the Snitch but it moved out of her grip. He shot off after it again, noticing the speed he got from it. Bella was right, removing Dani from his mind made his broom go faster. He put his hand out as he closed in on the Snitch and a smile spread across his face as his fingers closed on the cold metal ball. He stopped and turned to face Bella, his hand up in the air in triumph.

Isabella had stopped after missing the Snitch and watched Sam get closer and closer to catching it. She smiled knowing that her advice was working. "Yes!" she exclaimed as he caught it. "I knew you could do it," she said as she flew over to him and kissed him. "Feel better?"

Sam smiled happily as Bella flew up to him. He leaned in and kissed her. "I feel a lot better now", he laughed.

"Good," she said her face a bit flustered from the kiss. "So do you think you have a better chance of beating Danika now?" She didn't want him to fear losing anymore, not after seeing him fly like he just had.

Sam shrugged his shoulder. "We'll see." he smiled. He didn't want to say anything else. She'd get annoyed with him. He was going to point out the obvious, that he will have to think about beating Danika in a game. It's just the way it goes.
