Sam felt Bella slip an arm around his waist and he swung an arm over her shoulders. He looked at Andrew intently, trying to work out exactly what he was saying about Raven. When he stopped, Sam realised Andrew would probably talk to Bella if he wasn't here. He kissed Bella softly on the top of the head and smiled at Andrew. "Alright, well I'll go. You guys can talk in peace. I'll see you back in the Common Room, babe. Andrew, don't let me see you flying the way you were today. As a Captain, I can get you banned from the Pitch. I really don't want to do that, you're a good flier, but I don't want you hurting yourself. Okay, mate?" he said, before kissing Bella one more time, piking up his brrom and walking from the Pitch. Bella sighed as he kissed the top of her head, "Okay I'll be there later I promise." She listened to Sam warn Andrew and although it was a harsh threat, she knew it would hit home, Andrew loved flying just as much as Sam did. "Bye," she whispered as he kissed her again and then walked off. "Then talk, I'll listen and then I'll try to help," Bella replied. "Just like we used to do when we were younger." She listened and realised just how much he had changed even in one summer. "Well you have changed, you're taller, smarter, even more good looking according to some whispers I've heard throught out the castle. You probably did react badly, you and Danika have never seen eye to eye about anything; accept maybe your love for Quidditch." She looked at him and walked over giving him a hug, "Please don't ever come out here for that reason again. I can't lose the person who's known me for like ever, it'll hurt too much." |

Andrew hugged Bella then sat down on the ground pulling out some grass blades. He couldn't remember the last time he and Bella talked like this. He looked at Bella, "I don't think those are the changes she wanted. But I don't know what they are..." He groaned in frustration, "I'm just afraid of losing her to someone else like I did with...someone else." He laid down on the grass with his hands behind his head watching the clouds, "She asked for time." Sitting up he looked at Bella intently, "I don't want to mess this up..again. What should I do?"

Raven walked back onto the pitch, wiping the tears away, she dropped her bag and mounted her broom, shooting upwards into the air. She got to the height of the Quidditch hoops and began flying around, tears still rolling down her cheeks. Maybe..maybe I'm not meant to be with anyone..I'm meant to suffer..I've suffered for too long now..and its time to end this... She started flying directly towards the ground really fast.

Danika had seen Raven walking over to the Pitch and decided to follow her to make sure she didn't do anything stupid. She walked up to the Pitch just in time to see Raven shooting to the ground. Danika looked around and at herself. She didn't have her broom and it would take too long to summon it. She looked at her hands. She didn't even have her wand. What a sorry excuse for a witch was she. She shrugged and pointed her finger at Raven. She muttered something under her breath and hoped to the gods that it worked to slow Raven down.
"Please, please. Oh Raven," she muttered, hoping.

Raven started to slow down, then fell off her broom and landed on the pitch. Wh..what happened?

Danika raced over to Raven as she rolled off her broom, collected her in her arms and held her close.
"Oh my god, Raven. Never do that again," she said softly, tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

"I'm sorry Danika..I didn't mean to scare you like that.." Raven said, looking down, she was still pretty upset from what happened at the flower gardens.

Bella sat down next to him and rested her arms and cheek on her knees which were pulled up to her. "Well firstly why don't you see if you can find out what those changes are, though I still say that's how you've changed." She felt bad for him, no one deserved to try and figure out their feelings like this, although some might call it a lesson for guys to learn. "I don't think you'll lose her Andrew, you're too much of a good catch," she said, whilst trying to think of who else he had lost. She saw him lie down on the grass and turned and laid on her front, propped up on her elbows. "Give her some time and let her know that if she really just wants to be friends then that's fine with you too, even if it does hurt you. She needs friends before she needs anything else." |

Danika sighed, still Raven to her. "Just promise you'll never do that again. I don't care if you wear black and you're acting like this. I don't want to lose you," she said softly, kissing her on the top of the head.

Danika released her grip on Raven and looked at her. "I hope so, I really do. We'll see," she said, pulling Raven back in and held her, not tight like she was before, but snug

Danika smiled. "Does that mean the old Raven is back?" she asked tentatively. Although it was sort of odd, Raven's reaction to her clothing.
