She smiled at him, trying to wipe the tear stains from her face. "Everything's fine now, especially with you here. I just needed to talk," she said, hoping he wouldn't take it as an offense she didn't go to him. Honestly, she come out to cry by herself, and then Alex came along.

She smiled back to Alex. "Thanks Alex for letting me talk," she said happily, her tears all dried up now, although the stains were evident on her porcelin face.

"No problem" he smiled back at her, "hey Max" he nodded and stood up then walked away a bit, "talk to you later Danika" he walked in to the castle and away from the pair.

Danika smiled as he kissed her head. She smiled up at Alex as he stood up. "Thanks again," she said as he walked off. "So, what's up?" she asked, sounding very much like a bubbly little girl. She felt different now someone had finally let her cry.
