There is a desk sitting directly in front of the elevator as you walk out of it.

Andromeda walked out of the elevator and sighed. She walked over to the front desk and asked, her voice hard and unmoving to anyone who did not know her. Though if you listened closely you could tell there was a amount of sadness in her voice. "Hello? The women at the reception desk said I would find the bodies of my father, sister, and Mother up here." She asked.
