Bella smiled as she entered the great hall. Finally she was learning how to apparate although it would be almost another 3 months before she could actually do it. Seeing the hula rings to one side, she took one and then found a space in the room, seeing the house tables placed to one side or another. Wonder who else is taking the class

Alycya walked into the Great Hall, her usual enthusiasm in place. She still had ages to go before her birthday, but she was so happy they had classes to learn to Apparate. She smiled when she saw Bella and took a hula-hoop, walking over to the Ravenclaw Prefect.
"Hey Bella," she said excitedly.

"Hey Alycya," Bella said with a smile on her face seeing the Gryffindor come up to her. "You're taking this class too then I see. Good because for a few moments I thought I'd be the only one and that's no fun." She laughed lightly before wondering when her birthday was. "So when do you come of age?" she asked not quite remembering if she'd been told or not.

"Hey Alycya," Bella said with a smile on her face seeing the Gryffindor come up to her. "You're taking this class too then I see. Good because for a few moments I thought I'd be the only one and that's no fun." She laughed lightly before wondering when her birthday was. "So when do you come of age?" she asked not quite remembering if she'd been told or not. Alycya laughed. "Yeah, that would be pretty boring actually," she said, shrugging her shoulders. "I'm not 17 til July 31. Same day as Harry Potter," she said proudly. "When's your birthday again?" she asked. She'd probably been told, but, she was terrible with numbers. |

"I'd learn a lot faster though," Bella grinned as the thought hit her. "Wow, that's definitely something to be proud of," Bella she said, hearing when Alycya's birthday was. "Mine's March 30th, so I don't have that much longer till I can take the test. I'm thinking of holding a party in the Room of Requirement though, it would be easier than trying to sneak half of Hogwarts into Hogsmede."

"Yeah, you probably would!" Alycya laughed, the thought suddenly occurring to her as well. "Yeah. Harry was pretty chuffed someone shared his birthday as well," she laughed, her hand clutching over her pocket, which held her latest letter from the famous Harry Potter. "At least you don't have to wait so long. Ohh, a party. I like parties. I think mine'll just be drinks at the Leaky Cauldron. Most people will be of age by then. Upside of having a late birthday. My parents are sort of reeling over the fact that I'm of age this year, not next year. Sort of confuses them a bit," she chuckled.

"Hi ladies, welcome to class. Don't forget to leave your money on the table." she reminded them with a friendly smile. She was quite looking forward to this first class. She looked towards the door wondering how many others would turn up.

Bella asked amazed at the fact that she had heard from Harry Potter. "Dang you are one lucky girl." Okay so Harry was five years older than her and extremely happy with Ginny Weasley, just like she was happy with Sam, but he was a good looking guy. "I know, my mum can't believe that I'm almost 17 and I'm engaged to a guy who will be 18 and out of school after this year. Drinks at the Cauldron sounds like fun though. Definitley have to do that." That would be a date she'd have to put in her diary to make sure she was around for. There was nothing like celebrating a birthday with drinks. Although she'd have to watch the alcohol intake. "Hey I wonder if you could actually hula with these things," she said suddenly picking one up and trying it, moving her hips in a circle until it drop after a couple of minutes. |

Alycya smiled as Professor Walker spoke. "Ah!" she exclaimed, her hand sinking into her pocket, and pulling out her money. and taking it over to the table. I haven't done any actual teaching since I began working here." she explained with a laugh. "How about you? Are you excited about starting lessons?" "Hello Professor Walker," she said as she saw Kit. Crap it was a good thing she'd been reminded about the money, otherwise it would've been forgotten. With a flick of her wand, she sent the money in her pocket to the table. "Hey I wonder if you could actually hula with these things," she said suddenly picking one up and trying it, moving her hips in a circle until it drop after a couple of minutes. "Excellent idea." agreed Kit, grabbing a ring and flipping it over her head. It dropped to her wasit and she immediately began gyrating her hips, keeping the hula going. She laughed. "I haven't done this in years." she exclaimed with a grin, realising this wan't usal Professor behaviour, but didn't really care. |

"Way to go Professor!" Bella said impressed. She seemed to be able to do it really well. "Please tell me we can spend the first lesson just doing this!" This was extremely fun and was giving them all an oppertunity to laugh.

"I'm fine, thanks, Alycya. I'm actually looking forward to this. I haven't done any actual teaching since I began working here." she explained with a laugh. "How about you? Are you excited about starting lessons?" Alycya smiled. "I'm fine, thanks. I can't wait to start, Professor. I can only imagin what my parents will say, once I get my licence and I can disappear and appear again," she laughed. Since she'd been at Hogwarts, Muggles seemed so unny sometimes. Alycya watched Professor Walker hula, and she smiled, impressed. "Well done Professor!" she said, smiling. She flipped the ring over her own head and started moving her hips in circles, also keeping it going. She loved hula hoops. She used to do this all the time as a child. |

Kit laughed at the two girls. Alycya was really good at hula..
"So you were raised by Muggles, weren't you Alycya?" she asked. "I was too." she told her with a grin. "Your parents won't know what to do with you popping into the room without any notice." she laughed.
"Bella, I'd love to do this all lesson, but I think since the other students are all paying good money they might object a little." she giggled. "I can't see the boys wanting to hula somehow." she grinned. "Although that would be really funny." she added with a laugh.

Bella laughed and nodded. "Oh I'm pretty sure we could get them to do it," she said. Well if Sam hadn't already passed, she could've easily persuaded him to, but he was already 17. Lucky sod! "But you're right, it probably isn't worth hula hoopingfor the whole lesson." She couldn't help herself though and picked up the hoop again and started off slower this time, trying to pick up on what both Professor Walker and Alycya were doing. Finally she got it and the hoop managaed to stay up on her hips without falling.
