Hi Kelly, welcome to your apparations test. Just relax and this will be a breeze. All you have to do is apparate to the head table of the Great Hall (this room), get me a butterbeer off the table and bring it back here to me. If you perform this task to my satisfaction you shall receive your Apparation License by owl shortly.

Kelly looked at Kit, blocking her mind from her. She turned on the spot, appeared at the head table and glanced back. She couldn't read anything from Kit's eyes. She grabbed the butterbeer and disapparated again to appear in front of Kit. "Here you go" She didn't look at her.

"Very nice, Kelly. Consider yourself licensed." Kit told her, uncorking the bottle and taking a swig. Kelly seemed extremely stand-off'ish but that wasn't really surprising. Bt this was school business and Kit was just here to do her job.
"Well done. I'll owl your license to you as soon as possible. Have a good term." she said kindly.

"Hi Zeke, welcome to your Apparation test. Just relax this will be a cinch. Now when you're ready, all you have to do is apparate onto the teacher's table at the other end of the hall, jump up and down 3 times, then apparate back." she said with a giggle. She found that making their task silly often put them at ease.

Ezekiel raised an eyebrow and laughed. "You serious, Professor?" he said, chuckling softly. He focussed on the table, and turned on the spot, re-apparating on the teacher's table. He cracked up laughing then jumped up and down three times. He calmed himself down quickly before focussing on the point he'd come from and turned again, re-appearing next to Professor Walker. "Good?" he asked.

Kit laughed with delight and clapped her hands together.
"Excellent jumping!" she cried. "I wish I could give extra points for that excellent display, but there's only pass or fail I'm afraid, you you shall have to settle for a Pass. Congratulations Zeke. I'll owl you your certificate asap." she said, still giggling.

Ezekiel snapped his fingers shaking his head. "Damn. I thought my perfect jumping would give me like a distinction or something!" he laughed. He clicked his tongue, smiling. "Oh dear, Professor, what are we going to do with you?! I suppose I'll just settle for the pass then. Okay. I look forward to your owl then!" he said, still chuckling.
