Kelly stood in front of the shabby, fragile building. Similar to her, the years had not been kind to it. She glanced at the dust covered windows and the the door swallowed by spider webs. It didn't look like anyone had taken over since she disappeared.
She didn't know what brought her back here. Back into the folds of the wizarding community. Back to civilisation. Back to her humanity. And she didn't know why. She leant against the thick wooden door. Her most peaceful moments were the ones she had spent in solitude, but the happiest had been amongst other people. There were things she had done, that still haunted her dreams.. And there were things she felt she had to.. No, wanted to, seek forgiveness for. She was no longer a petty child, so it was time to stop acting like one.
She pushed the strong oak door open gently and took a step into pitch black darkness. She was home.
