Frankie sneered as Janie talked about her Father. Fathers were useless. However she nodded in agreement as she mentioned the class sizes.
"Yeah that's one advantage I suppose. Hopefully our jobs as prefects will be easier with less drama around here. Though I guess there's always someone wanting to cause trouble. You spotted any potential trouble makers yet? Anyone I should be aware of?" she asked, hoping the answer would be "no".

Anyone I should be aware of?" she asked, hoping the answer would be "no". "Yeah, hopefully," Janie replied. She shrugged. "Nope, can't say I've come across anyone yet. How about you?" she asked. A new first year ran passed them. "Slow down!" she called to their back, and they slowed dow to a walk, with a quick head turn to work out who had spoken to him. When he realised he'd just ran passed a pair of Prefects, he slipped into a side corridor to get away from them. |

Frankie watched the boy run off in fright and smirked. She shoved her hands in her pockets and shook her head.
"No, no one yet. I admit there are some I don't like, but no trouble makers...yet." she replied dubiously. "Only a matter of time, though. It never stays quiet for long around here."
They were nearing the library and their conversation would soon come to an end. There was one thing she wanted to ask Janie before they parted.
"Have you met the new Headmistress yet? I haven't. But I suppose as Prefect I'm gonna have to at some point. I was just wondering what she's like."

"Kinda intimidating... well I thought she was. Really tall, maybe that's why. Uhm... But she's nice enough, maybe a little stern, but nice... like I don't think she'd go out of her way to make someone's life hell around here." |

Frankie nodded as she listened.
"Well to be honest, she might do the school some good. If she's stern and intimidating maybe there won't be so much drama. As scary as Professor Snape was, she didn't exactly have her mind focused on the school, did she?" she commented.
As they arrived at the library entrance she stopped and turned to Janie.
"Well I'm going to get a head start on my homework." she announced. "Hopefully see you around?" she asked. She'd enjoyed talking to the Slytherin Prefect.
