1) You do not need to announce when you are arriving or leaving my class. We will just assume that you were there the whole time. I realize that your schedule and mine will not always line up. Do NOT announce your late arrival to my class. I will take house points away. You have been warned.
2) My classroom is for classroom role-playing only. Please do not have ooc (out-of-character) conversations there or your posts will be deleted and/ or you will receive a warning. A few are acceptable just not all out conversations that's what are pm system is for.
3) Participation in class is completely voluntary. When I ask a question, please feel free to raise your hand and offer an answer. Even if you don't know, you might be right or at least creative enough to merit some extra points.
4) Homework is also optional, although it is one of the key ways to earn house points. All homework MUST be PM'd to me. If it is not PM'd to me, you will not receive credit. If you insist on not following the rules, you'll lose house points. In your PM, please title it with "Flying Lesson #__" and include:
-Member name
-House
-Year
-Class/Lesson
No late homework will be accepted. That's the whole reason I post due dates!
5) Do not disrespect me or your fellow students. I know I make mistakes - that's part of being human. You don't need to gloat or make a production out of it.
6) The board rules are applicable here. No spamming, no flaming, no swearing, etc.... You know the rules, stick to them.
7) If you do not agree with something that has happened in my class, whether my action or a students, I hope that you will always feel free to bring the issue to my attention. However, I respectfully ask that you PM me rather than making an issue in the classroom thread.
