Hogwarts' Gazette - Issue One

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the first issue of the Hogwarts' Gazette, the Mini-Prophet to keep you all up-to-date on happenings around the School!

This first issue, touches on a lot of things. Some things, a lot of the school population wouldn't want you to know. But, as a reporter, I have to give the crowd what they want, drama and scandal.

So, without further ado, the first issue of the Hogwarts Gazette.

Seduction and Adultery:
At An All-Time High!

This school, in it's long noble history, has never been plagued with scandel such as this. Seduction and adultery is at an all time high in our school, with many couples, sleeping around. Does no one understand the sanctity of relationships? I don't think I've come across a couple that are devoted to each other, and only each other. Everyone has their fingers in so many pies, it's ridiculous.

I'm tempted to name names, just to get it out in the open. But, that is against my jurisdiction. But, what I can say is, two of the school's most notorius bed-jumpers, are still up to their old tricks. We all thought being in proper loving relationships would help curb the desire, but no. I, personally, think they need help. They all do.

Adultery and seduction. Two words you may not be used to hearing in a school environment. But, this new Hogwarts, emerging from the Second War, has changed dramatically. It is no longer the Hogwarts we all knew and loved. It's a place of raging hormones, loose words and roaming eyes and bodies.

Will it ever stop? I don't think so.[/font]

Welcome to our new students!

I'd just like to extend a warm welcome to our two new transfer students. Mr Sebastian Morter of Slytherin and Miss Ceallach o Raghallaigh of Gryffindor.

Sebastian Morter

Mr Morter transfered to Hogwarts from Durmstrang Institute, and is already making a splash with the ladies! We wish him luck in his, uh, pursuits.

Ceallach o Raghallaigh

Miss o Raghallaigh is a transfer from a small private school of Witchcraft and Wizardry in Ireland, where her reputation seems to bury even that of the legendary Danika Peverell. No one knows exactly why she moved, so close to the end of her schooling, but, if the grapevine is anything to go by, she's as silky as, uh, you get the idea![/font]

Our Headmistress' Pain

Headmistress Kildara Snape[/center]

Our condolances to Headmistress Kildara Snape, who lost her unborn child to unknown causes. Our thoughts are with her at this time and we hope she will be able to overcome this hurdle and continue on with her life as well as possible.[/font]

Tobias Black and Gabriella Sanchez

[/font]

Black, Hufflepuff Quidditch Captain, and Sanchez, Hufflepuff Prefect, have declared they are expecting a baby in approximately 7 months. And to top it all off, always the gentleman, Mr Black proposed to young Miss Sanchez, who accepted, "with tears of joy in her eyes", Madame Puddifoot, owner of the tea shop where the proposal took place, told me this morning. Our congratulations and best wishes are with them.
