Caitlyn walked into the classroom, and looked at the empty desks before walking to the board. Muggle Transportation Caitlyn turned and sat down at her desk and waited for her class to show up as she went through some of her papers for the days lesson. |

Krys dashed into the classroom, giving the Professor a sheepish grin. She wasn't late but she was pretty close to being so. However seeing no one else was there either she shrugged with a smile and took a seat near the front. She enjoyed Muggle studies and she considered it her duty to learn as much about them as she could. Her future undoubtedly would involve meeting a lot of them if she planned to save them from demons.
"Hi Professor." she said in her usual friendly manner. She hadn't had a class with Professor McFuzz before, though she knew Simon had met her and said she was nice.

Nathalie paused outside the classroom door. She couldn't believe she was doing this. Mother would absolutely have a fit if she found out that Nat had signed up for Muggle Studies. Having noticed that she had free periods that coincided with the Muggle Studies classes, she had asked her Head of House for permission to sign up. She was extremely curious about the Muggle world; all she knew of it was what she'd picked up from listening to Muggle-born students, because her parents had prevented her from learning anything about it at home. Nat took a deep breath, and walked into the classroom.
"Hello, Professor," she said, as she found herself a desk.

Amanda walked into class, carrying her bag over her left shoulder. She was still a bit sore from getting poisoned but she was feeling much better than she had. She noticed that Krysta and Nat were taking this class, oh this should be interesting. "Hey Krysta, Nat" She said and smiled, taking a seat at a desk in the middle of the room.

Krys looked up and smiled at Nat as she came in. Shed only met her a couple of times, but she seemed really nice.
"Hi." she said with a friendly smile. She was about to take the conversation further when Amanda came in. Her eyes brightened a little and she smiled warmly at her. It was good to see her out of hospital. When Amanda sat down she quckly got up and took a seat beside her.
"Hi." she murmured. "How are you feeling?" she asked, still a little sore from her own escpades.

"I'm feeling a bit better, still slightly sore and that but that due to the poison. I honestly don't feel safe anymore Krysta." She said softly, her voice was still pretty weak and she couldn't talk much. That would be a problem in class, she'd have to try not to talk much as to not ruin her voice entirely.

Ellie waddled into the classroom, her bag thrown over one shoulder as her free hand rested on her slightly bulged stomach. She looked around the class, but she only knew one person and went to sit by her. "Hey Krysta." She said softly as she took out her book. "Did, I, er, miss anything?"

Krysta listened sadly to Amanda. The whole business was extremely suspicious and she and Dara were at a total loss as to what had happened. Amanda believed that her ex teachers were trying to assassinate her to keep their secrets hidden. Krysta's investigation hadn't turned up anything useful either.
"Just tell Professor Peterson you're still not feeling too good. She won't make you answer any questions in class. She's really nice." she suggested. She felt so sorry for Amanda. She'd almost died in the hospital. If it wasn't for Ceallach and Andrew she woldn't have made it.
Her attention was pulled away as a figure dropped uncomfortably into the seat next to her.
"Good gracious Ellie, did you swallow a rugby ball?" she asked with a grin, teasing her fellow Order Member. "No, you didn't miss anything. She hasn't started teaching yet." she replied, nodding at Liz. "So how are you doing? Morning sickness over yet?" she asked

Ellie laughed at the comment of the rugby ball and slightly patted her stomach. "I'm not sure, is a rugby ball supposed to be moving inside your stomach?" She laughed again and rested her back on her chair. "Yes, and I can tell you this now, I'm glad it's gone. I have no clue why it's called morning sickness when I had it throughout the day." She let out a sigh and smiled back at Krysta. "I can't wait to have this baby."

It's going to be cute and adorable just like its Mother and hansome and athletic like its Dad. This kid's got it made, Ellie. Do you know what you're having yet or is it too early?" she asked, fighting the urge to touch Ellie's bump. She thought it rude to touch women's bumps without an invitation. She couldn't imagine what it must be like to have a life inside you and she often wondered whether she'd ever live long enough to find out. "I will. Can I ask you something Krysta? Do you actually believe what I told you and Kildara in the Hospital?" She said softly. She was worried that no one believed her until it was too late. Krys looked back at Amanda and gave her an awkward smile. She didn't want to upset her. She could see the girl just needed some comfort right now. "Amanda I believe someone tried to kill you. I don't know for certain who, or why. But I do know they've picked the wrong girl to mess with. Because she's got me looking out for her." she said reassuringly and sincerely, placing a hand on Amanda's shoulder. "If they want you they've got to get through me and Professor Snape. They dont stand a chance." she told her firmly. |

Amanda smiled softly, she was feeling a lot better. "Thanks Krysta. That really makes me feel good to know that I've got people looking out for me." She never had that before, she was one who protected herself which at times wasn't always a good idea.

Amanda smiled softly, she was feeling a lot better. "Thanks Krysta. That really makes me feel good to know that I've got people looking out for me." She never had that before, she was one who protected herself which at times wasn't always a good idea. "No worries. No one tries to hurt my friends and gets away with it. I'll find them, don't worry. Maybe you should tell me more about these old teachers of yours." she said, suddenly curious to know exactly why Amanda thought they wanted to take her out. |

"Thanks Krysta, that means a lot." Ellie said and looked around the room. She was always a little jumpy around everyone, ever since she almost let slip of her, well her loyalties. She took out a piece of parchment and quill. I think Kildara might be onto me. She scribbled, before folding the note and gave it to Krysta. "We're letting it be a surprise, we wanted to wait till the day he or she comes out." She said with a slight smile. With everyone asking however, she wanted to know right away. "If you want, you can touch, I know a lot of people always like touching the baby's bump for some reason." Krys took the note from Ellie and looked up at her sharply with concern. She srunched up the parchment in her palm and glared at it. It disappeared in a tiny puff of smoke. "Are you sure?" she murmured quietly. This was extremely worrying. Ellie was in an extremely vulnerable situation right now. Kildara wouldn't think twice of threatening her child's life to get what she wanted. "You need to tell Serena." she murmured again, looking at Ellie sternly. "Does Andrew know?" she asked, her voice merely a whisper. She smiled weakly ut reached out to touch Ellie's belly. A smile instantly filled her face. She could feel the baby's life force running through her fingers. It was amazing, like nothing she'd felt before: so pure, so new and vulnerable. Her eyes welled up and she smiled at Ellie. "I can feel...do you want to know what it is?" she asked. Her empathic abilities could sense the baby so clearly. "Or do you want it to be a surprise?" She gasped and laughed lightly as she felt the baby respond to her, a tiny light reaching out to her own life force. "Oh Ellie...it's so beautiful." she breathed. |
