Raven headed to third floor corridor after she just returned from leaving to sort out her issues. She was a changed girl, no longer depressed and sad. She sat down in the corridor and leaned her head up against the wall. That time away was the best thing for her, she cleared her thoughts and just became a lot more relaxed.

Bella was walking down the corridor when she saw a familiar yet unfamiliar face sitting there. "Raven?" she asked curiously and warily. "Oh my god, welcome back," she said happily seeing the girl back. "Where've you been? How've you been?"

"I've been staying with my brother for a long time, I had to plan my parent's funeral which was hard for me, I ended up giving a Eulogy during the ceremony which was just absolutely the hardest thing I've ever done" Raven said, looking up at Bella. "I've been good actually, I just got everything figured out that I needed to get figured out, I'm no longer depressed which is good, I'm happy for a change." She added.

Bella frowned sympathetically. "I know I heard about your parents, I'm sorry." She didn't fully understand why Raven had to be gone for so long, but some people delt with things in their own way... such as Annie and drink.... "Eulogy's are hard, but it's a nice way of saying the stuff you've always wanted to say but have never gotten the chance to." She grinned hearing that Raven had changed. "That's always a good thing. Everything's changed a bit, we have a lot of transfers this term, from Durmstrang and Beauxbatons and Canada and Australia."

"Interesting, I already knew two girls who've transferred here, Megan O'Reilly and Amanda Lesalle, I met them both when I was younger, then I saw them last summer and they told me than they were coming here." She said and smiled. "So how've you been Bella?" Raven asked curiously, she did miss her friends when she left but there was no choice at the time.

Astrid headed into the quiet corridor and sat down on the floor, crossing one leg over the other. She opened up her bag and took out her notebook, reading over a few of the poems that she had written a long time ago.

Alyssa walked down the corridor. It was pretty quiet here and warm unlike oher places in these school. She kept walking until she saw a girl sitting down. She stopped short and smiled, "hi" she said smiling, "mind if I join you?"

Astrid looked up at the girl who was talking to her. "I don't mind at all." She said smiling, setting her open notebook in her lap for the time being. "I'm Astrid Smith, 7th year Ravenclaw, and you are?" She asked curiously after she had introduced herself.

Alyssa smiled and sat down next to Astrid. "Nice to meet you Astrid. I'm Alyssa Harper, 6th year Hufflepuff. I'm new this term" she answered looking over at her, "I have to say, Britian is really cold compared to Australia" she added on with a small chuckle.

"Well I'm used to this, I've been here for the past 7 years, course for you it'll take a while getting used to. So you're from Australia, huh?" Astrid said, looking at Alyssa. She moved her quill off of her notebook and put it back in her bag.

Alyssa nodded, "yeah, you're right" she smiled, "yeap, Australia. I miss the sun" she said leaning her head against the wall. "So Astrid, anything good around this school?" she asked raising an eyebrow.
