Gabriella's eyes only widened more. "Tobias. I - please. You left me! How would you like it if i left without a word!" she growled at his retreating back. She groaned huffily and sat back in the couch, her arms folded over her chest and a frown on her face, staring at the letter burning in the fire. Stupid!

Next day!
Walking intot he common room Tobias felt bad with himself for reacting the way that he did as after all he did walk out so she was perfectly entitled to walk out on him at any time that she pleases. Sitting on a chair infront of the fire he stared silently into the hot embers thinking of what he should say to her the next time that he sees her.

Gabriella walked down into the common room, her hair still slightly wet from her shower. She saw Tobias and sighed. "Toby?" she said tentitavely, walking up to him and sitting on the sofa. "Babe?"

Tobias heard someone say his name and with gut reaction he decided not to turn around but when the voice came into view he realised who it was and wishedr that he had turned around at the first moment. "Im sorry for everything Gabby i was wrong. I have been a lousy fience and a lousy father to our child " he said as he felt her round belly "If there is anything to do to make up for what i done then i will do it."

Gabriella smiled as he turned around. "Babe. It's okay. You're back. That's the only thing that matters now," she reasoned, her tone exuding maturity well beyond her 15 years. She smiled, as he felt her belly, and she lay her hand on his. "Stick around. That's all I want. You," she said, her soft smile still afixed to her lips. Leaning forward a little, she placed a soft kiss on his lips. She'd missed him.

Wow that was alot easier than i thought, Tobias thought to himself. For the whole night Tobias had been worried at what Gabby was going to do when she fouind him but this has just shown that she trusts him but Tobias was having second thoughts about the wedding that was looming on the horizon.

Gabriella was studying Tobias' face closely, looking for any sign ... of anything. She frowned as she saw a hesitancy. "Babe. What's wrong?" she said cautiously.

Gabriella gasped as Tobias flattened himself to the couch, pulling her down with him. She snuggled into him, sighing contently. "Way to change the subject," she murmured. "I love you too."

Gabriella smiled as he kissed her head. "Babe. If you don't want to get married this soon, it's fine with me. If you don't want to get married at all, that's fine too. As long as you don't leave again."
