Walking into th Commonroom tobias noticed a glass of pumpkin juice that hadnt been touched so he sat down on the hair beside it and took a sip to find out that it wasnt infact pumpkin juice but some sort of disgusting.....thing.

Gabriella walked down from her dormitory, a thick letter in her hand, and started across the common room, to the owlery. She was half way across the room, when a seated figure caught her eye.
"Tobias?!" she said, shocked. Then she lost it. "Where have you been?!" she growled, flying over to him, and standing in front of him, her feet planted, her hands balled into fist, sitting on top of her rounded tummy, her jaw set. She was angry.

Gabriella's temper flared again. "Ugh. No reason for to leave without telling me! I thought you weren't coming back! Ugh. I hate you right now, Tobias," she groaned, a sharp pain splitting through her tummy. She tightened her arms around the bulge, still glaring at Tobias.

"What if i was to tell you that we are going to get married in barcelona next month?" Tobias replied scared that she was now going to deny him the pleasure of marrying her.

Gabriella's rant stopped in it's tracks. She stammered for a moment. "You ... us ... married ... next month ... Barcelona," she managed to choke out. She was angry again now. At herself. She groaned again. "Ugh. Why did you do that? I was on a roll. Where have you been Toby," she asked, collapsing into the sofa beside him, her rather large belly sticking out.

"I have been organising your dream wedding babe" He said taking her body into alight hug as he looked dow to her belly "its ok if you dont want to marry me anymore, i will understand"

Gabriella took a few deep breaths as Tobias spoke and hugged her. She tensed a bit, then relaxed into him, sighing softly, her hands grasping his forearm. "My dream wedding. Barcelona. Next month. Oh Tobias. Don't leave me like that again!" she groaned, sinking into him. "Never."

"I never want you to leave me. Ever again," Gabriella said quietly, as she snuggled against him. "Umm. You haven't really missed much. Our baby's getting bigger. If you hadn't already noticed," she laughed. "There's a whole heap of new transfer students. Mostly from Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. There's some from Ireland as well. Private schools. Did you know there were private schools? Oh, and Bella and sam are engaged now too," she added, excitedly.

Gabriella nodded. "Yeps you sure did," she said. Her eyes widened as Tobias continued. "Umm." She put the envelope under her for a second while she fished the ring out of it, then chucked the envelope over into the fire. "Oh. Nothing," she said, an awkward smile on her face.

"Wingardium leviosa!" Tobias shouted before the letter hit the fire "What were you trying to hide from me" He said as he read the letter and his lips quivered or a second "You... you were going to.....leave me?"

Gabriella's eyes widened in shock as Tobias levitated the letter back to him. "f**k," she muttered. Watching him read, she snatched the letter from his hands, got up and put it in the fire. No mistakes this time She walked back over to the coucha nd wrapped her arms around Tobias. Time for damage control "You left. I didn't know what to do. I was angry, sad. Tobias. I'm so happy you're back. I didn't want to wait around anymore. I thought you'd dhot through. I thought you'd had second thoughts," she reasoned, tears starting to pool in her eyes.

Tobias could see the tears start to pool in her eyes but he had to think so he got up and says "Give me a day or two to think" and he walked up the stairs to the boys dormitory.
OC: lol this fits in with my 2 day absence
