"Exactly," Bella said with a smile. Well more like a fifth year snake she thought. "Yeah like a Dragon. I don't know, I was thinking more of algae." She put a comforting hand on Mel's arm. "Don't worry, I really don't like him either." Bella looked down at her hands and blushed, "Okay so whenever he's not around me I want him and whenever he is around I want him. That's not what I heard. I heard that it was made official by the forbidden forest..." she gave a wink and then nodded. "Of course, and thank you for saying I'm perfect."

Krysta stared at the front of the classroom, fury beginning to build up inside. D**m him! He always had to ruin everything. She couldn't believe she used to love him and she could believe even less that he used to love her.
Kelly's game was amusing to begin with but now it was starting to worry her. Kelly sincerely seemed to be succumbing to his charms. She clearly thought she was in control of the situation, but Krys knew what he was like: what he was capable of. The thought made her shiver.
But Kelly was a Werewolf, correct? She should be able to protect herself at least...and the one she loved.
Danika walked in the room right on cue and Krysta inwardly groaned. This was so, so, not good. She couldn't handle this right now. Her thoughts and feelings were confused enough. It was hard enough that she liked Kelly while at the same time had feelings for Dani. It was harder enough still knowing Dani loved only one person and that person curently had their hand on her ex's knee. But having Caeleb her, right now was excruciating.
She watched Dani as she marked her territory and was actually quite impressed with how held-back she was being. She half expected her to hit the roof.
When Dani sent her the thought she froze. What did she say? How much should she tell her? There was a lot to tell, but this wasn't exactly the place. She sent a simple thought back to her.
"You don't want to know. Just keep a tight leash on your girl. And don't let him fool you. He may behave like an empty-headed pretty boy but he's a cold-blooded killer." she replied, planning to explain everything properly later. It would be tough, cosidering that Dani and Caeleb actually worked for the same team.
"Just ask your boss." she added cruelly and bitterly before she could stop herself.

"Right class today we will be starting to learn how to turn into an animagus. Those of you that eventually know how to do it, will then register with the ministry and those that don't, we'll keep trying," Elizabeth said with a small smile. "First things first though, apart from Miss Black and myself does anyone else know someone who is an animagus? It could be a family member or a friend. If so what type of animagus are they?"

Danika listened to Krysta, but kept shooting glances to Kelly out of the corner of her eye. She didn't like the looks Kelly was giving the boy. She didn't like it at all. This relationship only worked if Kelly didn't cheat. If this happened, it was over. Kelly knew that. Dani had made it known. It was only okay for Dani to cheat, because that's what she was like.
Killer? Because that sounds like fun. And obviously really appealing. He actually looks really annoying, and up-himself." she said back.
"My boss?! What do you mean by that!"

Krysta just looked sideways at Dani.
"You now exactly what I mean." she sent at Dani. She tried her newest trick and sent a pyro-meld charm to Dani's arm, making it heat up on the spot where she knew the dark mark was hidden.
She turned away from her. She wasn't having a go at Dani, and for some reason it didn't affect her feelings for her either. But she did want Dani to know that she knew. It seemed right to have it out in the open.
She turned to face the front of the classroom. She gulped when Professor Peterson asked if any of them knew an Animagus. What should she do? She quickly shot a question at Kelly.
Kelly! What do I do? I'm not registered! I could be arrested!

Kelly didn't have time to react. Danika had already entered the classroom and noticed her hand on Caeleb's knee. "Hi love. Don't be so rude. Caeleb had a long vacation and he just wanted me to help him catch up with the past lessons. You know I love you!" she sent Dani a wink and slided her hand off of Caeleb's knee. She gave Danika a small kiss on the cheek and answered Krysta's thought "You can tell her you can do it. You don't have to tell her your perfect at it. That way, you don't get in trouble.". Then she decided to send Krys another thought "She can't know!" hoping that Krysta understands the full meaning of what will happen, if Danika knew that cheating went both ways. Then she turned to the professor, listening to her soft sound, whoch made her sleepy.

Caeleb was thoroughly enjoying himself. The tension he'd stirred up in the room was intoxicating. He worshipped chaos and dissent. Danika was enthralling him, her jealousy was delicious to him. He was going to enjoy this so much. The challenge had been set. He smiled at her.
"Miss Danika I've heard so much about you. We seem to have a few 'friends' in common." he told her, a sly glint in his eye.
"I'm sorry is Kelly your girlfriend? I had no idea. The way she was speaking to me, I certainly wouldn't have thought it." he said in an innocent tone that betrayed his true intentions. He was a player. He looked at Krys who was glaring threateningly at him. He smiled victoriously back at her. He loved that this was angering her. But why should she be bothered about the relationship these two girls shared? That intrigued him too.
Then Professor Peterson began speaking and a cruel smile crept across his face. Oh he was going to have fun with this one. He quickly raised his had in the air.
"Professor, I do!"" he cried out excitedly, deliberately not looking at Krysta. "I know an animagus. She can turn into a Black Leopard. You know a panther. She's very good." he said with mock admiration. He shot a fleeting glance at Krys, then continued to look enthusiastically at Professor Peterson.

Kelly didn't bother to tell Caeleb anything and if this was the way he was going to play, she'll make his falling hard. She wasn't weak and everyone knew that. As Caeleb spoke to the professor, Kelly's eyes widened and she squeesed the back of her shoes into Caeleb's toes. "You're mean and bad. I like it" she whispered to him "but lay off Krys, okay. Let her get punished for something else, then just not being registered."

Krys stared at Caeleb in horror. He wouldn't, would he?
Of course he would, you fool.
She swallowed hard, glaring at Caeleb warningly, but he was deliberately avoiding her gaze. Then she heard Kelly's thought and she relaxed. She looked at Kelly uncertainly. It might work. Yes, it was a good idea.
She smiled reassuringly at Kelly.
"Don't worry, sweetheart, I have no intention of letting this slimeball hurting you OR Danika." she sent reassuringly. No way. If Caeleb hurt Dani it would be the last thing he ever did.
It was time to turn the power table around.
"Oh Caeleb don't exaggerate!" she said jovially, as though he were her best friend. "Professor, it's me. I can turn into a panther. But I'm not as good as he's making out, really. I haven't even registered yet! I need more practise. Maybe you can help me?" she asked sweetly and hopefully.

"What sort of like this?" Elizabeth asked blinking once as she turned into a panther. She growled once very loudly making sure she had everyone's full attention before turning back into a human. "Yes I know what a Black Leopard is. I'm one myself as you've just seen. But they're a pretty rare animagus form, though I"m not doubting you've seen one. 1 point to Slytherin." She looked around the class to see if anyone else knew about an animagus.
She smiled as Krysta said she was the panther, "Of course I'll help you. That's what this lesson is about, though since you and Miss Black are ahead of the rest of the class, I may ask Miss Black to help you while I focus on the others."

Laughing, she replied, "That's obsession love" She winked before blushing, "How did you find out about that!!!!!!!" Mel said, eyes widening. She bit her lip and turned away from her gruffly replying, "Sure. Whatever" |

Krys looked at Kelly and winked. "Oh that would be great Professor. You don't mind helping me do you, Kelly?" she asked, playing along. "I can't believe we have the same animagus form! My Mother is a panther too, Professor. It runs in our family." she explained. "But Professor, why does Slytherin get the point? I'm in Gryffindor." she protested. She shot Caeleb a triumphant smirk and looked back towards Professor Peterson. Internally she was chuckling. Thanks Kelly. I owe you one. she sent back to Kelly, sending her a mental hug which spreads a sense of warmth and affection to the receiver. Danika could feel herself getting hot. Then her arm seared. She ignored it and threw a threatening glance at Krysta. You do that again, or even mention it, and anything, and I mean anything, that we could have will be gone. And, I can make you're life not worth living, she shot back. She wasn't Kildara's greatest student for nothing! Krys just stared at her desk, frowning to try and hide the moisture that had appeared in her eyes. This was quite possibly turning out to be the worst lesson she'd ever had. She quiety sent a thought to Dani. "I just wanted to be honest with you.""Professor, may I be excused? I'm sorry but I don't feel very well. I think it's all the excitement." she said apologetically with a forced smile. |

"Of course Krysta," Elizabeth said with a small smile. "If you come to my office later on, I'll teach you what you would've learnt this lesson." She looked around the classroom and sighed, realising she'd have to pick partners for them to work with later. Once Krysta had left she asked, "Can anyone tell me what a person's animagus is based on?"

Kelly didn't like Danika's attitude and Krysta's sudden leaving, but she didn't get caught in the middle of it. She didn't care. She felt Kildara's pain and enjoyed it. A smirk played on her lips as she raised her hand "A persons animagus form is based on the persons personality. One cannot choose the animagus form, the form chooses the person." Didn't work for her though, she wanted to be a wolf, or was that maybe who she really was? Kelly didn't know.
