"I have a name Slytherin," Bella replied scowling before grinning. "And when do you not need me for something that involves books?" she teased. Looking at the two books she thought for a moment before tapping the book in his right hand. "That one has more information in it, and it's written in a way that is easier to understand." She smiled, "Yes alright, I do read more then one book on the same subject."

"Sorry Bella" he said breathing out and taking the two books back, should I take the one that's easier or the one with more information? he thought to himself and looked at Bella grinning, "I need you for something more than books today Bells, you see there's this girl.." he started and shook his head, "actually nevermind."

"It's alright you know I don't mind that much. Just as long as you know my real name," Bella said with a small smile. She let him take the books back and after waiting for a moment put them both in his bag. "Take them both, just make sure you check them out before leaving here." Hearing that there was more then just being needed for books, and it had to do about a girl, Bella perked up. If it's Mel, I swear I'm playing Cupid "No wait a minute," she said. "Does this girl happen to be someone that you don't think a relationship would ever work out with cause she's in a different house that you normally rival?" she asked inncoently.

Alex smirked, like he would take them would checking them out "Like i'm that dumb Bella" he rolled his eyes and rolled his eyes at her next comment, "Yeah, she's also a sixth year" he said grinning at her "you know this because?" he asked looking at with a smile still on his face.

"Well..." Bella said teasingly. "Oh come on, I'm joking, I know you're not that dumb." She smirked as she heard that the girl was also a sixth year. Mel, I thought you said that he didn't seem interested. "No reason," she said a bit too quickly. Trying to cover up her fast response she continued, "Think about it. If it was a girl in Slytherin you would've just told her. If it was a Ravenclaw then Annie and I would've known immediately. And you would never date a Hufflepuff." And there you go rambling, Isabella

"I've dated huffies!" he said defencivlly again and sighed, "and would you happen to know this girls name?" he raised an eyebrow and smirked, "admit it! you talked to her!" he put his head in his hands for a second and came back up, "Bella, Bella, Bella you can't lie to me missy"

"Oh I'm sorry, okay so you've dated Huffies. Wait.. when did Slytherin's Prince date Hufflepuff girls?" she asked, trying to lead him off on another subject. "I've talked to lots of sixth year girls in Gryffindor surprisingly. Turns out a lot of them are in my classes this year would you believe it." She looked around trying to find any means of escape that would get her out of this mess. "I haven't lied to you. Not once have I denied anything that you've said."

"fourth year before I got that title" he muttered in reponse, "You've talked to alot of sixth year gryffindors but only one that i like!" he explained and smiled, "her names Mel and I know your friends with her, so's Annie" he said like is was so obvious

"Figures," Bella replied with a smirk. As she heard Mel's name she laughed, "I knew it! Wait.. I mean.. oh what's the point." Shaking her head she smiled, "Okay so you like Mel... why don't you just tell her?"

"You knew it? I knew you talked to her" he grinned but it fell when she asked what was the problem, "well, she probably doesn't like me..." he rubbed the back of his neck and frowned, "wait, does she?"

"Well she is one of my closest friends, after Annie," Bella explained. "And it helps that we're both Italian." She smiled remembering the Italian they had both spoken when Mel had told her about Alex. Hearing his question, she mentally slapped herself. "Um... I've just realised I'm meeting up with Sam," she said, saying the first excuse to come into her head. If she stayed she'd probably end up answering Alex's question.

Alex shook his head and grabbed her arm gently, frowning, "please Bella, tell me" he said saddly and sighed, "I need to know this stuff!" he needed to know this or he might get in over his head.

Feeling Alex's gental yet somehow still strong grip on her arm Bella sighed and turned back round. "Okay. Okay," she said softly. The expression on his face really did look upset and the one thing she couldn't stand was seeing her friends upset. "Yes Mel likes you, but she doesn't think that you like her. Please please please don't tell her that I told you, at least not before she's said yes to going out with you. Otherwise I won't have a head and you won't have anyone to help you with problems."

Alex nodded and smiled at her. He realised he was still holding her arm and let go quickly. "So she does too" he nodded taking in the information. "I won't tell her, other wise who would I get to help me with my NEWTs?" he joked and gave her a one arms hug, "thanks Bella"

"Yes she does too, though she will honestly try denying it if I ask her," Bella said. She shrugged her shoulders as he asked a question, "No clue to be honest. I'm not sure who wants to. Helping you's hard work." She smiled at him and returned the hug. "You're welcome. Now I happen to know that Mel's got a lesson right now, so why don't you do some school work and then go find her."
