Okay a word of warning to anyone who reads this about pulling off plasters/band aids. If the nurse has stuck it on, it's for a reason. Especially after having a blood test! Do NOT then remove it a few hours later! You can end up pulling off skin and then it's extremely painful!! Especially when the skin is by the inside of your elbow and whenever you bend your arm the sting increases!!! Just thought you guys might want to know before you try doing it  love, Jem xx |
