Max felt her wriggling in his arms, and opened his arms, to find her facing him. He smiled, returning her kiss softly. He smiled at her as she pulled back, returning her gaze. "This is nice," he murmured softly. "I like this."

Annie smiled back at him, "yeah, it is nice" she agreed softly, she liked just laying there with him, not worrying about anything else. She pushed some her out of her own face, her eyes still locked on his.

Max watched her push some hair out of her face, and he smiled. Everything about her was just so adorable. The way she looked, the way she moved. The way she spoke, and the way she kissed him, touched him. She made his skin tingle in a way no one had been able to achieve before. Not even those girls in France, with their ridiculously talented bodies. He looked at her again, his deep green eyes eyes gazing into her bright blue ones. "Annie. I - uh - I really like you."

Annie smiled at Max, she couldn't remember the last time someone had made her feel like this, actually no one had ever made her feel like this. She stared in to his green eyes and couldn't help smiling as he said he liked her, "I... really like you too" she told him, before kissing him on the lips again.

Max's heart leapt as she said she really liked him too. He kissed her back, before pulling away, and kissing the corners of her mouth, her forehead, her cheeks. He'd never been this happy in his life. Why she affected him like this, he didn't know! And why he hadn't worked all this out earlier ... another mystery.

Annie chuckled slightly, as he kissed her forehead, cheeks and the corners of her mouth. She smiled at him, "and you couldn't get mature before cause?" she asked jokingly and kissed again, this time more passionatly then before. This was a good day for her, she had never felt so happy.

Max laughed. "Because I wasn't mature enough to realise what I was missing out on," he reorted, realising he made no sense at all. He returned her kiss, with equal passion. His arms tightened around her, lovingly pressing their bodies together. He groaned into her mouth. He was intoxicated by her.

Annie furrowed her eyebrows together at his statement, she didn't really understand what he meant. She shook the thought off when they kissed, his arms had tightened around her, pressing her against him, her arms went around him, threading her hands through his hair.

Max felt her hands in his hair, and he ran his hands up and down her back softly. Then he pulled away, gasping for breath. "Annie. You're amazing," he said softly, his hands raising to her face, pushing the hair from her cheeks, cupping them softly, as he looked at her, smiling.

Annie looked at him when he pulled away. she smiled widely when he said she was amazing, "you're quite incredible yourself" she said barely above a whisper, as his hands cupped her cheeks, still smiling at him.

Max grinned as Annie spoke. "Why didn't I work out what I was missing out on earlier? I could have been so much happier, earlier," he muttered, drinking in her features. How beautiful she was. And thinking about what an idiot he had been to not realise it before!

Annie shrugged, "I don't why you didn't but I wish you had of" she told him. "Maybe I should have told you how I felt back then" she whispered, staring at his face. He looked so handsome just laying there, she had always thought he was hot but for some reason she hadn't noticed before now.

Back then? "I wish I had of as well," Max admitted. "Umm. Annie. Can I ask you a question?" He took a deep breath, hoping he wouldn't put her off by asking. "How long have you liked me for?" he enquired. He was curious!

Annie nodded, of course he could ask her a question. How long? she couldn't exactly remember when she started liking him, "I don't know... since my 5th year... I think" she answered him, trying to remember. it's not like she could ask someone Bella didn't know until the of this year.

Max nodded. "Ok," he said, shrugging his shoulders. "Just wanted to know." 5th year. That would have been ... last year. Okay. Didn't keep her waiting too long. He chuckled softly at his thoughts, then focussed back on Annie. "You're beautiful," he murmured, before leaning in again, placing a soft, lingering kiss on her lips.
