Belle nodded, handing over the exact change. "Okay - teaspoon in the morning," she recited, commiting to memory. She took the bag and smiled. Okay - crazyiness - she was having a baby. But - Oh dear! - she'd think about that while she wasn't in the company of someone else. It would be nagging at her for the rest of the day.
"Of course. I'm sure I'll find something," she chuckled. "I'm so bloody clueless."
She smiled. "I - uh - I should probably get back to the shop now. Thank you so much, Storm, I'm sure I'll see you around," she said cheerfully as she turned and walked from the store.

Storm watched as Belle picked up the bag and walked out. She'd looked pretty stunned. Apparently not a planned pregnancy; and it hadn't escaped her that Belle had made no mention of the father. Usually there was some mention - whether it was "I must tell my husband, he'll be so pleased" or "Oh no, what will my boyfriend say."
Well, people's lives were complicated; her own reaction when she'd learnt she was pregnant was to decide that the father must never know. She grinned to herself, imagining Belle's reaction had Storm let slip the name of her baby's father. Though from what she'd heard, she hadn't been the only one he'd knocked up, not by a long way!
