Mel brightened when she saw Alex, kissing his cheek. "Ey. How were you holidays?" Alex smiled at Mel and kissed her on the other cheek, "They were... interesting. Went to Italy. How were yours?" |

Krys giggled as Sebastian got told off and gave him a winning smile as he winked at her and turned his chair around. She sat and stared at the back of his head, allowing a gentle smile to play on her lips. She hadn't seen much of him over the past few days and it was good to see him. She'd have to catch him after class to talk to him properly. Hopefully Summoning would be a doddle and she hoped the class wold pass quickly. She continued to stare at his back, waiting for the Professor to continue with the lesson.

Suddenly filled with warmth, Mel laughed quietly. "Italy? Naw and you didn't visit?" She pouted, trying to appear sad. "Mine were good....fantastic tan....hot boys" She kissed his cheek grinning, "You ofcourse. I spent most of the time with my family so it was alright" |

Krys giggled as Sebastian got told off and gave him a winning smile as he winked at her and turned his chair around. Sebastian smirked at Bridget, this class would be nothing if not fun. He sat back in his chair waiting for the class to finish. Sure Bridget was cool, much more fun than any other class but there was just the weirdly open memories of Dani and Nathan. He really wanted his best friends back. He turned to Krys. "Partner?" Krys smiled half sweetly, half naughtily and nodded. "Of course." she replied. She smiled at Professor Walken and moved to sit next to Sebastian, giving the girls a wink. She slid into the seat next to him and inched her chair closer to his. She touched his knee. "You alright?" she asked with a concerned smile. "You seem a bit...down." she said, choosing the word carefully. She sensed a little loneliness from him. It must have been hard moving to Hogwarts so late in his education. He never really talked about Durmstrang and she'd only seen glimpses of it in the mind meld. "You miss them, don't you?" she asked, deducing what she thought was behind the emotion. |

Sebastian grinned back at her, his arm sliding automatically around her waist bringing her more onto his chair than her's. He was confused for a second, trying to understand.
"Down?" He smirked and nodded, "I'm fine" He watched her for a moment trying to find reason for his feelings. He thought she'd settled on moving school until she spoke.
"Miss....well other than you...there's not a lot of people I know....or at least...know me" He shrugged and kissed the top of her head.
"Bridget's son, Nathan used to be my best friend at Durmstrang, the guy was insane.....biggest player on the planet....he didn't have to put up posters of his love life.....it was already there" He winked at her and kissed her cheek whispering, "Her daughter, Dani went to Beauxbatons and we'd catch up in the holidays...I'd usually go to Nathans to escape...well y'know and yeah Dani is like her brother in a female more subtle form. It's interesting....Bridget moved here.......but Dani and Nathan didn't" Sebastian shrugged feeling again like he'd dug up too much of his past.

Krys listened to him talk about his friends and she felt his little flame flicker as he remembered happy times. But she felt something else. As he talked about Dani and Nathan she began to get a picture of them, as though seeing them through his mind. But there was something more: it was almost as though she could sense them.
She turned to face him and grabbed his hand.
"Think about them. Focus on Dani and Nathan." she ordered enthusuastically, suddenly having an idea.

Danika turned to Ceallach, saving her from the only other person, Megan.
"Partner?" she asked, giving her a smile.
"Yeah! Of course!" Ceallach said, moving over to sit with Danika. They gave each other a shrug, then tried not to laugh. This was the first class they'd been in together since Ceallach came to Hogwarts. Dani and Ceallach ... The trouble making pair ... back together again.

Sebastian sighed, "Krys...don't worry, I have to grow up and meet some more people." He shrugged and then sensing the enthusiasm, obligded unwillingly.
"Fine...think about them?" Sebastian tensed his jaw, the first memory being him and Dani in France when she'd told him about her feelings for him, Sebastian hadn't noticed it before but looking into her eyes he saw how crushed she looked, at 16 he'd missed all that, and persuaded her to stay best friends with. Sebastian winced and moved on, the next a vague recollection of Nathan and himself declaring themselves Crusaders against the Mundaness of HoM classes. He chuckled and then figured he was supposed to be focusing on the individual people.

Bridget smiled when the class rearranged itself into pairs.
"Excellent! Now please grab a item from the front your partner will hide the item say under a desk. You must then call 'Accio -"and find it. If you don't cencentrate you'll end up either breaking it, or not getting enough magical energy to actually accomplish anything"
She smiled, "Now what would be the opposite to this spell? Or it's counter-action?"

Krysta closed her eyes and concentrated on the feelings Sebastian felt when he remembered his friends, getting a feel for their energies. She winced slightly as he thought about Dani, but tried to shrug it off. She reached out into the ether to search for their essences. She could sense people much further away now, like the whole world had been opened up to her mind. What she found there made her eyes open wide in surprise. "Sebastian, I don't think they're as far as you think they are." she said, sounding a little confused. She couldn't pinpoint them, she just knew they were close. She didn't know what it really meant. She was snapped out of it when Professor Walken spoke and she dropped Sebastian's hand. She smiled briefly at him and got up to go to the front of the room. She took a book from the Professor's table and grinned when she saw it was about dragons. She looked aound for somewhere to hide it and squinted at Sebastian, playfully. "No peeking." she told him. She waited until he wasn't watching then walked to the other side of the room. Ignoring any looks the rest of the class may have given her she climbed up onto a table and threw the book up onto one the wooden beams that spanned the ceiling. She jumped off the table and went over to Sebastian. "Now fetch, boy, fetch!" she cried with a giggle. She turned to Professor Walken and smiled. "The opposite of Accio is Depulso: the bannishing charm." she answered politely. |

Bridget smiled, "Good girl. 5 points to Gryffindor! And help yourself to the cookies out front." She winked at her and looked at the rest of the class.
"I want the partner to prevent the other person from getting the item. As Ms Hedwig kindly told us, Depulso is the banishing charm. So try and counter-act the charm. The stronger wand will not necessarily give better results.......the more focused on the other hand.." She trailed off with a smile.
