[Danika Peverell]

"You see, the problem is, he affects me in ways only Sam did. Makes me feel powerless," Danika sighed, heavily. Why?! "At the Lake? Michelle? You know not to keep things from me. I'll tell Alex," she said, giving her another raised eyebrow, a quizzical expression on her face.

[michelle]

"I was at the lake 'cause I didn't feel like going to class" she said with a shrug and turned back to Dani. "Tell Alex and I'll tell Tyson how you feel" she sighed again and slid down in her seat, "I was at the lake with Elijah, a new guy"

"Okay, I won't tell Alex," Danika said. She didn't want anyone telling anyone about anything she feels, at all. "Elijah?! I know him. He's nice. Aaaand ... what were you dong at the Lake?" she asked, smirking softly.

[michelle]

"good" she said smiling, so she didn't have to worry about protective older brother for a while, until he meet Elijah. "We were talking" she said rolling her eyes, she didn't need to know about the day before either.

Danika smiled. "Mhm. Talking. I believe you. Because that's what Elijah James does best. Talk," she laughed. She knew all about Elijah, and his ... exploits. She just hoped, he hadn't done anything to taint Michelle. Poor girl.

[michelle]

Michelle rolled her eyes, "I'm serious, we were just talking" she smiled to herself, "and cuddled up to him" she added under her breath hoping she had missed that bit.

Danika's eyes widened. "You cuddled? Cuddled? Are you sure we're talking about the same Elijah James? He's changed," she said, trying not to laugh. "Well, then, Miss Ashstone. Seems to me you were able to calm the beast. It's cute. So, this cuddling, was it for a reason? Like, are you guys, together?" Yes, Danika was asking a lot of questions, but she wanted to make sure Michelle wasn't going to get hurt. She was like her little sister. Big sisters don't let their little sisters get hurt.

"Well I'm pretty sure there's only one Elijah James" she said with a shrug. "Yes it was for a reason Dani, yes we're together" she answered simply expecting yelling or something after what Elijah had told her about all the other girls she wouldn't be surprised one bit.

Danika took in a deep breath, calming herself. "Well, Michelle. Alex isn't going to like this. And he doesn't even know the bloke. Michelle, just don't get in too deep. Elijah has a reputation for being a tad unfaithful. If it's got legs, and wears a skirt, and has breasts, Elijah's there. But, maybe he's changed. Maybe the move was good for him," she said, trying to reason with ehr own thoughts. She just wanted Michelle to be safe.

Michelle nodded, that wasn't anything she hadn't heard from him. "Alex never likes me dating Dani, why would this be any different? even if it is Elijah" she took at breath, "Dani, he told me himself about all those girls" she said trying to reassure her, even if it was after they had sex and Michelle stormed out. "I can take care of myself Danika."

Danika sighed. "Okay, Michelle. If you really, really think this is good, then I'll go along with it. And I'll let you tell Alex. I won't say a word. I know you can take after yourself, but I can't help it," she said, sighing softly.

[michelle]

"I promise you Danika, I won't get too caught up" she said. "I'm really confused though Dani, there's something about him" she whispered and looked up at her. "Oh and promise you won't threaten him?"

Danika smiled. "It's okay, Michelle. What are you confused about? Maybe I can help," she said, big sisterly. "No, I won't threaten him. He's your business, not mine."

Michelle nodded, Dani was like the big sister she never had... wait she did have a sister, but she was never around "He told me he had been with all these other girls and told them he liked them but never actually did and he said he liked me... but I don't know if that's the truth" she admitted staring in to the space in front of her.

Danika sighed. "Did he tell you before you said anything? Did he get all shy? As much as I don't really like him, he is a really sensitive bloke. If he was all shy and stuttery, I can vouch for him, he meant it." She shrugged her shoulders. She just hoped it stayed the truth.
